I'm handicapped and for the first time I was told to have a seat, I didn't have to stand (which is extremely difficult for me) while the service person does what he has to do to get me all signed in. Jeff was very helpful at keeping my budget, future repairs, and safety in mind (especially since a leak was found in my rear brakes!). The car ran smoothly when I got it back, and I feel much safer driving it. I'm also glad that the repairs were made using genuine Toyota parts since the original parts had performed so well and for so long. More

Ted was great entering my data first This was my first experience with the service department, having purchased my new vehicle at another dealership. Ted was great entering my data first time and making sure I was aware of the service being provided at the 10k maintenance. I expected an hour wait and the vehicle was done in 30 minutes. Quick, accurate and informative. Some very good metrics for a service department to hit IMO. More

Factory Recall My Toyota Sienna had a factory recall for a problem with the rear sliding doors which was a two day job. When I picked it up I checked out the rear se My Toyota Sienna had a factory recall for a problem with the rear sliding doors which was a two day job. When I picked it up I checked out the rear seat area to make sure everything looked alright and was amazed to find black grease stains all over the carpet mats. There was also a grease stain on both seats and on one of the seat backs. I mentioned it to a service technician but he disappeared and never came back. By the time I found someone else who could address the problem and have the mess cleaned, all told it took about 40 minutes. To make matters worse when I got home I noticed a grease stain on the side of the front passenger seat and some deep scratches in one of the plastic strips that border the seat sliding channel. Since they felt it was okay to return my car in this condition, I will not take my car there for service again. More

Needed service and they helped I got a "Free Complimentary Oil Change" and "Free tire rotatation" coupon in the mail. Knowing that most all dealers do not offer free oil changes and I got a "Free Complimentary Oil Change" and "Free tire rotatation" coupon in the mail. Knowing that most all dealers do not offer free oil changes and most charge for tire rotations. I went ahead to the dealership and presented the coupon in the express service. The advisor took my information and said there was a recall on my car. Surprisingly he offered to take care of the recall at this time as well. He asked if I had time to have the recall done, I replied sure. Knowingly I showed up to the dealer without an appointment, I knew there was going to be a little wait. After about 1 hr and 45 minutes , the car was done. Oil change, tires rotated, and recall completed. And to my surprise, the balance was $0.00! More
