Poor Battery I have had to have my vehicle jumped twice in the last 6 months because of the acid erosion around the battery cable. I drove down there yesterday af I have had to have my vehicle jumped twice in the last 6 months because of the acid erosion around the battery cable. I drove down there yesterday after AAA got me started. Service agent simply said the battery was fine according to Subaru, since I drove the vehicle it was recharged. He continued to tell me I should at least clean my battery once a year as he does, mind you this happened within 6 months of each occasion on a 2 year old vehicle. Then he continued to tell me to have AAA tow the vehicle next time it happens so Subaru can see the battery in default. So after 1 1/2 hours of waiting I get this explanation with no remorse of how long it took them. They guaranteed I would be out within an hour. He did offer a replacement battery at $149.99. I asked him what happens if I am stranded, he simply explained call AAA. Performance comes from the top Management down. They need some work. More

2 hour oil change I brought in my new car for an oil change, waited 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me. I was told by a unnamed employee I would be in and ou I brought in my new car for an oil change, waited 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me. I was told by a unnamed employee I would be in and out in the hour. I was there two hours. Waiting room was full, salesmen keep coming in to check the NCAA basketball game. Service Tech with an Attitude I recently stopped by Brunswick Auto Mart with a headlight out on my vehicle. The vehicle is only a few months old, and I indicated that to the servi I recently stopped by Brunswick Auto Mart with a headlight out on my vehicle. The vehicle is only a few months old, and I indicated that to the service manager. He stopped what he was doing, looked over the area of replacement and with a little help from a repair tech, replaced the bulb right away. The sercie manager could have set me up for a scheduled time, but instead dove into the issue and handled it himself. I was in and out in no time. Nice people to deal with. Very accomodating. Great sales dept. Bad service dept. I had a very good experience buying the car. However, when I went for my first scheduled maintenance, the street address privided was incorrect. It wa I had a very good experience buying the car. However, when I went for my first scheduled maintenance, the street address privided was incorrect. It was for the dealers across the road. They helped me find my way. I informed the clerk at the service center and he just shrugged. I was also surprised to be charged $90+ for the same service I would have received at a jiffy lube place. Love my Subaru, not feeling the love since my purchase. Guess they got my business. Not sure if they’ll keep it. More
