Very poor and rude behaviour I did the car service and oil plug fell down and oil leaked and car shutdown and stuck in car for more than 2 hours in the center of road with small k I did the car service and oil plug fell down and oil leaked and car shutdown and stuck in car for more than 2 hours in the center of road with small kid. I called back spoke to manager who also refused to work with me after telling him Falls Motor City could do it, his response was "If you want to believe the lies they tell you, go ahead". I went over to FALLS MOTOR CITY & was given everything I was promised. Great dealership, would recommend to EVERYONE. BRUNSWICK AUTO MART you SUCK & should look at your reviews on yelp, consider new management & sales people in the JEEP department. After going over the vehicle with us, the sales rep, Ryan Hart let us take the vehicle out on our own. A week or two later we set up an extended test drive. Having completed that, we visited two other dealerships to get prices and trade-in appraisals. We went back to Ryan and agreed on a vehicle price and trade-in with little fuss. The vehicle was delivered that day with zero hassle. The entire experience was pleasant and without drama or problems. More

Sales Manager John Schuerger went out of his way to get me the car I wanted and he was very accommodating to my financial needs. Matt Cecil helped me with the test drive and with the application process when the sales representative I had been communicating with prior to my visit to the dealer was busy with another customer. That sales representative was Bob Boylan and he spent a great deal of time with me signing all the financial documents and demonstrating all the features of the car before I took delivery. Every aspect of the transaction was excellent from beginning to end. And now I love my new Jetta. I recommend this dealership to everyone. More

They try to keep your money and they call you a liar I was promised deliver of a new car which I paid $500 deposit.
