It was quick and painless and I never felt like she was "selling" me. She definitely never pushed me or coaxed me. It was a nice change from what I've experience in the past with pushy sales people who call incessantly and harass you into buying or who instantly start to talk financing before they even know what you want. I would say that because this is a mega dealership it was a bit annoying at first trying to find the car that was advertised online. It wasn't at the address that was posted. We got sent from lot to lot until we found what we were looking for at Char's lot. Minor inconvenience for a great deal. More
