When we called to see up our service appointment we spoke with our salesman Victor who always takes great care of us. We explained that we had several appointments the day of our appointment and we couldn't wait while being serviced. He provided us with transportation while the work was being done. We received a call a few hours later from the friendly ladies at the checkout area informing us that our vehicle was ready for pickup at our convenience. It was a smooth transaction, we dropped off the loaner vehicle and left with our in great condition. We continue to go back for service due to the great team there. A+ More

Awful to deal with. Delivered a new vehicle dirty. Leased a Tacoma three years ago from this dealership. The salesperson, their "top guy" was the absolute worst to work with. He was exactly what you picture a smarmy car salesman to act like, and their sales manager was beyond pushy. Spent hours trying to get a decent deal, and then he acted like he didn't care that the sales was made. Also, tried to add an accessory to the order and have them install it (more than willing to pay for it), and they refused. The vehicle I received was dirty on the interior, so I called him to ask why it was delivered that way. He didn't answer his phone, didn't return two voicemails, and never followed back up. Years later I scheduled service with their service dept. for a recall notice, brought the vehicle in, and after two hours of waiting they tell me the part required for the recall wasn't in stock. WHY BOOK THE APPOINTMENT THEN?? Would NEVER, EVER purchase from these folks again. Such a horrible experience all the way through. Why Toyota keeps them in their dealership line up with so many complaints is beyond me. More
