Standard Service Leased Vehicle - Oil Change Overall okay with the service. Friendly staff and time was not long. I had to make another appointment for a later date. So for me this is a total time waster for service that could have been accomplished in one visit. More

Art Miller was our salesperson and he made sure our "new" pre-owned Jeep was perfect at the time of delivery. Thanks Art! I highly recommend Brunswick Auto Mart. My appointment was at 4:30 PM, my car was taken back immediately, serviced, the technician (Ted) explained what was going to be done and he was very helpful. I was told I would be out of there within 45 minutes and I was. All around good experience. More
Another awful service experience I've had nothing but trouble with Brunswick's Subaru service department, this most recent trip was no exception. The LED headlight failed on my 2018 I've had nothing but trouble with Brunswick's Subaru service department, this most recent trip was no exception. The LED headlight failed on my 2018 WRX at just over 10k miles. Should be a warrantable issue, but not according to these bozos. They claimed my driving lights, triggered by the high beam circuit, caused the failure - and then proceeded to claim that a surge of power magically jumped between circuits to the low beam and blew the LED driver. You'd have to be an idiot to believe that utter garbage, physically impossible for such a thing to happen. So instead of leaving with a repaired car, I got a nearly $1,300 quote to replace the headlight. I don't have that kind of money to just throw around, nor should I have to pay for something that wasn't my fault. How can I be so sure? Well if the driver was indeed blown, it wouldn't start working intermittently the next day. Not the first time this service department has been useless. On my previous car (2015 Legacy) the head restraint became discolored, which they attributed to me putting a sticker on it. Absolutely absurd, who even does such a thing? Had an intermittent issue with the TPMS system on my mom's car (2017 Forester). Their solution? Overinflate the tires, then the light will go away...because that won't cause improper tire wear or risk a blowout or anything. More recently, the turbo failed on my WRX at 7,500 miles. They tried to blame me for the oil being low, which it was not, and sent me on my way. As soon as I went to get back on the highway it made the same noise, took it right back and they still couldn't figure it out. Had to leave it for over a week until they could determine the issue and fix it. Needless to say this isn't the first time I've had issues with them, the aforementioned instances are just a few of the headaches I've been through with them. EDIT: I have contacted Charlie Dodds per the response I received from Brunswick. I am waiting on a response and will update when I receive one. EDIT: I sent an email to Charlie Dodds on 10/4 and as of 10/13 I have not received a response. I also have taken my car to a different dealer for a second opinion per the advise of SOA, that other dealer's diagnosis is very different than the crap Brunswick tried to feed me, and they are working with me to get this sorted out. My advise to anyone is steer clear of Brunswick for service. More

Express Service I stopped in on 9/13 at 4:30 pm for an oil change. Stephanie took care of me and though it was busy, provided excellent service.
