Now the replacement doesn't show the clock function. After having it serviced, they didn't even offer to wash the car after servicing the vehicle. Not happy, wouldn't recommend and won't buy another car from here. Unbelievable poor customer service, expect this is a regular occurrence here. More

Service Department Was greeted by Ted Cantlay who explained what service would be done on my vehicle and how long it should take. Told me service would take approximately 2 hours.. I was out in 90 minutes. Very satisfied More

It was a Saturday and I couldn't fool around with taking the time for a service appointment, whatever the cost, even though I've always had excellent experiences with Brunswick Service. With a phone call to my bank to help me to juggle my accounts online, and a call to The Amazing Tony Williams, I had a new 2018 Rav4 in my driveway just a couple of hours later. Tony made it simple and was patient with my sadly UN-tech savvy self. He showed all the bells and whistles to me in plain language. It was the least stressful transaction I've ever completed in my life, which was of major importance at this time. I have recommend Brunswick to all my friends for years and will continue to do so, with even more enthusiasm. More
Service and recall needed I took my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an oil change, tire rotation and recall notice. When I pulled in there were about four vehicles ahead of me. I took my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an oil change, tire rotation and recall notice. When I pulled in there were about four vehicles ahead of me. I had a 7:30AM appointment and it was 7:26AM. Once the doors went up, each of the vehicles were quickly approached by a service rep. They were cheerful, courteous, and checked us in very efficiently. The waiting area was clean with coffee provided as well as TV to keep us occupied. I've been to may service departments over the years, and this one several times. I would highly recommend them if you have not been there yet. I for sure will be returning! More
