The Service people need some training on customer service skills, I called for 2 straight days to get a actual person on the phone, it wasn’t till I threatened that my next call would be to their headquarter skills, I called for 2 straight days to get a actual person on the phone, it wasn’t till I threatened that my next call would be to their headquarters. 2 days of leaving voicemails with several people which keep in mind NO ONE called me back. The communication with this service team was a joke, no details were given just that it would not be ready till Monday when they stated originally they would only have it a day, that turned into 4 days.. Then when picking up my vehicle l, they didn’t he wash my car as they done in the past. I will NEVER go to this dealership again to purchase a vehicle or get work done to a vehicle.
