If they know that, a courtesy phone call prior to an appointment to have the option to reschedule would have been appreciated. Or, better yet ... don't try and squeeze so many service appointments in one day! Other than that, appointment went fine. Friendly staff. Clean waiting room. More

My salesman was great, but the dealership experience and efficiency was not. My first visit to look and test drive took hours (I just wanted to be in and out over a lunch break). My second visit took even l efficiency was not. My first visit to look and test drive took hours (I just wanted to be in and out over a lunch break). My second visit took even longer - I waited an hour to be helped, eventually test drove a car, and then waited another hour to discuss the price/availability with someone. I think I was there 3 hours total. The dealership seemed chaotic and a bit unorganized. It was by far the slowest process of the 5 brand dealerships I visited. More
