After purchasing my 2024 VW Atlas Cross sport. Immediately noticed the brakes were shuttering when braking at higher speeds. I contacted them and scheduled to have them fix the issue. 4 hr round t Immediately noticed the brakes were shuttering when braking at higher speeds. I contacted them and scheduled to have them fix the issue. 4 hr round trip drive and over 4 hrs waiting in the lobby. they had to replace the front rotors due to them being warped. You would think that would have been checked before listing it. Now I’m having an issue with the brakes having a grinding/dragging feel at low speeds. I assume they just didn’t feel like putting new pads on! Even though the rotors were warped and would have clearly damaged the brake pads! More

It was far best car buying experience in my life. I made deal over the phone with Jacob Witkiewicz. When I came it took 10 minutes to do all paperwork and additional 5 minutes with financial guy.
