We purchased a 30,000 car. The dealer ship never went over how to use the cars features. We have spent hours Goggle searching how to use the screens and buttons that should hav The dealer ship never went over how to use the cars features. We have spent hours Goggle searching how to use the screens and buttons that should have been explained to us upon delivery of the car. Then there is the finance Department. Their goal is to get you to use their app and get out the front door. Again, zero customer service. Options were not explained in detail. We have been back 4 times to get 1 sentence answers. We are not dumb people. I am a healthcare administrator and my spouse is a business owner so we know a little something about customer service of which Brunswick Auto Mart has none. Avoid this dealership. Do your research. More
