I had to have my mirror replaced a few weeks ago. I had a horrible experience every step of the way. I was promised transportation or a loaner during the scheduling, and then when I showed up for my I had a horrible experience every step of the way. I was promised transportation or a loaner during the scheduling, and then when I showed up for my service, I was told that that would not be provided any further. I was never informed that my parts arrived, so I went several extra weeks of driving around with my broken mirror which I felt was a safety hazard to myself. I dont work at Brunswick, how am I supposed to know when my parts are delivered to the dealership? Then when I went to check out, the final bill was nearly 50% higher than the quote I was given. When I asked about the difference, I was met with disregard by the staff. They were not interested in talking with me, even when I brought the original quote in. They blamed me for the mishap. I understand that quotes will not be 1-1, but 50% is negligent, not a slightly off quote. I felt disrespected and unvalued as a customer throughout my entire experience. It is clear that the Brunswick Service department, and maybe the Brunswick Volkswagen as a whole, does not care about their customers. I am fine with a higher bill and I am fine with not being able to have transport accommodated if those are the expectations set. However, my expectations were set for a drastically different and better experience than the one I was given. Just be honest with your customers. More
