We purchased a 30,000 car. The dealer ship never went over how to use the cars features. Their goal is to get you to use their app and get out the front door. Again, zero customer service. Options were not explained in detail. We have been back 4 times to get 1 sentence answers. We are not dumb people. I am a healthcare administrator and my spouse is a business owner so we know a little something about customer service of which Brunswick Auto Mart has none.
