No trust or loyalty to a good customer I can't believe when I took it in to have something fixed it took almost 13 weeks to get it fixed right and then when I picked it up that Thursday night I had a low when I took it in to have something fixed it took almost 13 weeks to get it fixed right and then when I picked it up that Thursday night I had a low indicator light on my dash for a tire needless to say I took it to have it checked the next day and they said there was a piece of metal in the tire you guys had it that long you didn't check it you didn't fix it because you drove it around put miles on it so it had to happen under your care and it cost me $1,000 to get replacement tires More

I dealt with the service manager which wasn't very helpful and he made me feel like there wasn't nothing wrong with the cars was it expects for that year and that Miles it should have a little bit of playing the steering joke

I had an outstanding experience at the Jeep service center! I came in for a quick oil change and tire rotation, and Jennifer went above and beyond to fit me into the schedule immediately. While my car center! I came in for a quick oil change and tire rotation, and Jennifer went above and beyond to fit me into the schedule immediately. While my car was being serviced, Aiden kindly drove me in the shuttle to a nearby salon so I could get a pedicure. He was incredibly friendly and professional. To my surprise, the service was completed even ahead of schedule, and the shuttle promptly picked me up. After experiencing terrible service at other dealership service centers, I am so relieved and grateful for the exceptional care I received today! More

After purchasing my 2024 VW Atlas Cross sport. Immediately noticed the brakes were shuttering when braking at higher speeds. I contacted them and scheduled to have them fix the issue. 4 hr round t Immediately noticed the brakes were shuttering when braking at higher speeds. I contacted them and scheduled to have them fix the issue. 4 hr round trip drive and over 4 hrs waiting in the lobby. they had to replace the front rotors due to them being warped. You would think that would have been checked before listing it. Now I’m having an issue with the brakes having a grinding/dragging feel at low speeds. I assume they just didn’t feel like putting new pads on! Even though the rotors were warped and would have clearly damaged the brake pads! More
