The sales people are very pleasant, knowledgeable and we laugh and joke literally about ANYTHING. Definitely not your typical monotonous, irksome car dealer environment. Christina Magnotta, Billy from Philly and Jeff from Service dept are particularly friendly and understand and cater to the 'I want it done now' personalities that live in the area, including myself. Such cool people! Such an awesome experience. Keep it up my peeps! More

Exceptional Sales & Service I purchased my 2016 Titan xd last November. I have had a few service visits and the experience is nothing but exceptional. I definitely have made some new friends with Brian Eckert, Robert Furman and Todd Bennett. They know me by my first name and they are always happy to see me and welcome me to their shop. Knowing that Todd Bennett is very busy as the dealerships principle member, he stops to ask me how I like my truck and if I'm enjoying driving such an awesome vehicle. I really hold these guys in high regards. I had some technical questions regarding my vehicle and both Brian and Robert were all to eager to find the answers to my questions. To be honest, I feel like I am part of their family when I'm there. Sometimes sorry to have to leave. On the sales side, i dealt with Alex Cardona who was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased, Jason who did our close out paperwork was once in the sales department and sold us several vehicles over the years. Mike P. and Christina (sales managers) made sure they could financially fit me into my truck. This dealership gets AAA ratings from this consumer and as long as I live in the area, I will purchase and service my cars with them. More

He walked me through my options, let me test drive different cars and had extreme patience. Since October, I have had to get two oil changes and both times I contacted Brian directly and he immediately set them up for me. It is easy to see Brian cares about his work as well as service to his customers and I would recommend him to anyone who is in search of a car! More

Sure, from an average car dealer, one can expect a great sense of client responsibility from their salesman at the time they purchase their vehicle. And we as customers understand that; the dealer is trying to close the lease deal or sale of a new car. But what separates Bruce Bennett from any other car dealer is the care and attention to detail they provide after the sale is closed. When a customer signs their paperwork for a new car, their relationship with the team at Bruce Bennett has only just started. My experience with the team highlights this point. I was devestated when I came out of work on a Monday afternoon to find my car had been scratched up pretty badly. Someone wearing a toolbelt had decided to try and squeeze by my car and the wall I parked next to; making their way across the lot. After a quick call to Declan, he set me up with the Service Center who quickly buffed out the scratches completely. This was done both efficiently and I'd like to add, free of charge by Bruce Bennett. Truly exceptional. More

The service department did a wonderful and a quick job fixing my car. I'm so very pleased with the work they did. As I waited I went into the dealership to talk with my salesman Ismail Admed.
