I wish I could give less than one star! but READ to understand why it’s worth reading. I love Nissan I’ve had many Nissans before and decided to trade in my old Nissan to a 2025 Nissan Rouge! Got the new vehicle traded in the old one that was around Mid May 2025 was ok with the payment and things I tried to take the plates from the old vehicle but they informed me that it’s a free service and they will take care of the cancellation of the old plates I was pleased with the free service! So far everything is good… 3 months later I received tons of violations left and right, speeding tickets , Tolls , ..etc that is under my old vehicle’s plates that is SUPPOSEDLY WAS CANCELED 2 MONTHS AGO!! Someone is using my old plates on his/her cars! I was on vacation had to cut my vacation and return early straight to the dealership confronted them with all the tickets and the respond was: “ So sorry the lady in charge of canceling license plates forgot to cancel it and the old vehicle sold to an Auction with the license plates in it” !! BUT don’t worry it’s something simple and we will take care of the tickets for you. They said just pay and we will reimburse you with a check. I handed them a copy of the tickets and toll invoices and they promised they will take care of it and they canceled the plates on this day of my visit Mid August! Few days later I’m calling to confirm that I’m going to do the payment when they said no don’t pay as we filed dispute! ( a heads up would be nice but whatever) Couple weeks after I’m still receiving more tickets, toll and violations I reached out via phone the female manager is never returning calls! I decided to drive there and of course the same few words we will take care of it don’t worry it’s business experience blah blah blah .,, Couples weeks later nothing still but now I call the dealership and all managers are busy in meeting also no one is returning calls! Now I’m dealing with court hearings, paperwork to and from court , etc and nothing from the dealership what so ever! I can’t describe how disappointed I feel about how reckless this dealership is. And who knows it could be one of them who has been using my plates I wouldn’t be surprised! If you don’t want to regret your purchase plus saving some money and headache don’t go there! They are even refusing to give me the Auction they sent my old vehicle to so I can try to track the current owner of the vehicle and take an action which is another reason why I think it’s an internal issue and someone from the staff has been using my plates. PS. I know names of all people I dealt with there but no reason to mention names I doubt the owner of the dealership is aware of what’s happening there. THIS IS ONLY A WARNING TO WHO EVER IS CONSIDERING DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. More

Bait and switch alert! Beware! We live in NY and had an offer but it was not the color we wanted. So we called around looking for a black one. This dealership said they had Beware! Just before driving over an hour, we called again and they said, yes we have it. We get there and they don't have it, never did. What ensued next was the most stressful, confusing experience. Sadly, my niece had totaled her car and really needed to get in a car ASAP. So they found the car after hours, then a few minutes later said they didn't, then said they did. At this point my niece had to go to work so we bought the car unseen, they gave us a rental and a good deal and were supposed deliver the car to her job. She just called me and the car is not black!!!!! I have purchased over 20 vehicles in my life. This has to be the worst experience of all. I'll be calling Nissan corporate on Monday. Beware!!!! More
