I had the best experience shopping for my first new car at Bruce Bennett Nissan. Sebastian was the best salesman because he was super nice and not pushy at all (and very patient). I LOVED it, but still wanted to check out the CRV. I didn't even know how much I loved the Rogue until I drove the CRV, which was half as nice in every aspect and more expensive...Ridiculous!! I'm so happy I decided to check nissans and SOOOOO happy with it now. I definitely got everything I was looking for in a car at the right price. I highly recommend everyone check out Bruce Bennett Nissan. Nissans have come a long way. My boyfriend just got the Acura MDX and although MDX is much bigger, the Nissan Rogue goes toe-to-toe with it as far as luxury. The service there was also excellent. Sebastian spent pretty much his whole day making sure I knew everything about the car before driving off the lot. He set everything up for me. I had absolutely no questions about the car when he was done telling me about it. So thorough! He even called a couple days later to see how I was liking the new car. They are so genuine there. I really felt like Sebastian wanted me to get a car I liked, and not just make a sale. More

I dont know what goes on in the heads of some salespeople. I just have to mention Sebastian and the crew made buying a Nissan painless. Right off, we negotiated on the price of the car, not the monthly payments (unlike GMC or Toyota salesmen-had to ask them 3 times "what are you charging me for the car?"-both were like 3k or more too much. Do they think in this day and age people dont research price? And dont try to talk people into leasing with this obviously flawed "technique". As if "see, you can afford so much more if you lease" Its not what I can afford, you clowns! You dont know what I make.Its what I want to pay for the car in question! Negotiate a decent price and the payments will take care of themselves. Duh! Are you listening Stamford Toyota and GMC?? I doubt it-thats why I bought a Nissan.And dont get me started on Stamford Suburu, who's salesman didnt have time to let me test drive , had a heart attack when I mentioned "true market value", and informed me I better hurry up and buy because Japan wont be able to keep up with demand. What a freakin CLOWN. Seriously. And so, they missed out on a 20k sale. OK so its not 50k-but 20k sales add up. Sorry for the venting) So, if you want a pain free, intelligent sales experience, I highly recommend these guys. I will definitely do business with them again. And I would also like to thank Sebastian for following up with updating my GPS as promised. Keep up the good work guys,dont assume your customers are uninformed idiots, and you dont have to xx and lie to sell cars-you guys are proof of that. I found my way to Bruce Bennett Nissan because I had previously purchased another car from a shady salesman at an even shadyier dealership in NJ called CarTec Enterprise, I was unable to keep the vehicl previously purchased another car from a shady salesman at an even shadyier dealership in NJ called CarTec Enterprise, I was unable to keep the vehicle purchased at CarTec because it was continuously having problems and with the news that I had a child on the way I had to get a reliable car, thank to Aldo Garcia at Bruce Bennett Nissan I got a great trade trade in value for my previously problematic car as well as a great price on a beautiful used 2009 Nissan Maxima SV. He had me laughing because he was very down to earth and didn't pressure me into anything like the many other car dealerships I've been to.. it was a great experience and have recommended him to my friends and family. With a father who has been in auto sales my entire life, I know a few things about car dealerships, and it takes a lot to earn my trust and business. Therefore, what follows is no free reward... it has been earned! My wife and I have owned or leased many Nissans over the years. Actually, we have had at least one, if not two Nissans, in our driveway for the past 17 years. After 3 Altimas, a Pathfinder, 2 Titans, and a Rogue, it was not a diffiuclt decision to decide we wanted another Nissan. The Quest we just purchased is our 8th Nissan in the past 17 years. Over those past 17 years, we have dealt with Bob Sharpe Nissan, Countyline Nissan, Crowley Nissan, Bruce Bennett Nissan, Wilson Nissan, a Nissan dealer in Houlton, Maine, and a Nissan dealer somewhere in Virgina. After so many years of dealing with seven different Nissan dealers, time and time again Bennett Nissan has won us over. Bennett Nissan's customer service is far superior to any other dealership we have ever been to. From Sales to Service to casual conversation with Bruce the owner, there is no doubt that the Bennett family and employees truly care for their clients. With this recent purchase we had the pleasure have working with three very impressive members of teh Bennett "family." Having had previous success with Todd Bennett,Bruce's son, I began by emailing Todd to tell him we were interested in a Quest. He responded to my initial email within an hour. He proceeded to find us the perfect vehicle and beat the price offered by another Nissan dealer. Already having my trust, I was able to reach out to Todd, find a vehicle, agree on a price, and set an appointment for delivery in under 24 hours. When arriving at Bennett Nissan, Todd had already hand picked Matthew Ansong as the saleman that would greet my wife and I. Matt is a young personable, professional, efficient salesman who not once pressured us in ANY way. He was very knowledgeable and gave one of the most thorough tours of a vehicle that I have ever received. Matt showed us the vehicle, allowed us to test drive the van, answered every question, made us feel comfortable, and even played around with our sons who were along for the ride. Matt is a great asset to Bennett Nissan, and I look forward to getting our next vehicle from him as well. While waiting to do the paper work my wife and I were greeted by Bruce Bennett. I had met him a few years ago when making a prior purchase, and it was great to reconnect with Bruce. It's not that often that the owner of a dealership is available for help, let alone making his rounds through his showroom to simply say "Hi" to his guests. It's one more thing that makes Bennett Nissan stand out. The paperwork signing can often be overwhelming and stressful. Dave Stalvey, the finance manager, made this process easy and clear with everything already prepared and laid out to discuss in a logical manner. His personality made him a pleasure with whom to work. Upon finishing our paperwork and making our way to our new vehicle my family and I saw Amie Bennett. It has been years since my wife and I were introduced to Amie, and I would never imagine she would recognize us. On the contrary, Amie did walk past us with a very friendly greeting and smile. I'm sure didn't remember our names, but it was clear that she recognized us as familiar faces from that past and that made us feel good. It is so often these little things that make positive, memoriable experiences. As we piled the kids into the new family van, Todd Bennett came out from the front of the showroom. He simply wanted to wish us well and thank us for working with Bennett Nissan. When was the last time the general manager of a dealership rushed out to tahnk you? I know, this has been quite long winded. But here's the truth of the matter. If you are looking at this sight and reading my review you are abviously serious about getting a car. I'm telling you, you will love working with Matt, Dave, and the Bennett family from Bruce Bennett Nissan. More

He's personally driven me, picked me up, delivered paper work, to help expedite the completion of the sale.This is going beyond his job to make the customer happy. Christina Magnotta, made it almost enjoyable giving Nissan my money. She was happy, showed she loves her job, which made me more comfortable at this point in the process.There was clarity in everything she had to go over with me.
