I have purchased many cars in my days and not once did I ever feel comfortable with the salesperson......until now. Priscilla sold us our new Cross Cabriolet and she was wonderful. She new the car inside and out, always had a smile on her face, never made us feel hesitant during the negotiation period and was a complete joy to deal with. As a matter of fact, there was not a single person in the dealership that pressured us during the purchase and that included the sales manager, finance manager and even Bruce Bennett who spent a few minutes talking with us. It was a wonderful experience, we got a great car at a very fair price and we couldn't be any happier. I wont buy a Nissan any where else but with Priscilla at Bruce Bennett Nissan. More

Very poor customer service. Sale managers completely lack professionalism. I would never go back to this dealer again. Folks, stay away from this dealer. I called two days after and asked I they were willing to sell the car for the price which I was offered three days earlier, I was told that they had sold the car. I suspected that they were not being honest with me because they wanted to get more money for the vehicle and called right back from a different number and didn't give my real name, I was told that the vehicle was available but for a lot more than the price I was given at the time I was there. Absolute worst service I have ever received. From the first minute I dealt with a condescending salesman who knew nothing about the car I was buying and outright lied about a number of things just to mak first minute I dealt with a condescending salesman who knew nothing about the car I was buying and outright lied about a number of things just to make the sale. Then, even when I still wanted to buy the car, they pulled me around for 5 days before letting me buy it, saying they were too busy to have me come in and sign, and then that the didn't want to inconvenience their associate who deals with the loans, and when I told them they were inconveniencing the costumer they told me I just had to wait. When buying the car I then found more problems, it appears the "detailing" and "inspection" are just a total fraud and front. They sold me a car with absolutely no coolant and an empty radiator, and there were packs of cigarettes and scratch off tickets left in the glove box. When I tried to use the dealership warranty to get them to fix whatever the leak was it was the hardest process in the world. It took me over 11 phone calls and 6 unreturned voicemails to get it worked out, and even now I am not confident in the service I got. When I tried to contact Bruce and Todd to voice my concerns with the service I received, they too did not return any of my messages, so I guess that is where the rest of the dealership learned its lack of responsibility. Every interaction I had with this dealership was awful and I fully regret giving them any of my money, I suggest you stay far far away. More
I had a fantastic experience at Bruce Bennett Nissan this weekend. Ting, Aldo, and the rest of the team were extremely attentive and helped me trade in my old car and purchase a new Rogue. They didn't play a weekend. Ting, Aldo, and the rest of the team were extremely attentive and helped me trade in my old car and purchase a new Rogue. They didn't play any games (like many other dealerships), and the overall attitude of the dealership focusing on customer service and teamwork did not go unnoticed. They stayed past closing to get my paperwork done and detail the car so I could drive home with it. Bruce also made sure to introduce himself to me and see if I needed anything. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone in the area looking for a new car. More
First of all that morning my car died. I had to wait for it to be towed home. Then I had to get my 76 year old mom to drive me to a car dealership. I have two jobs so not having a car would be a nightmare.First I went to Honda of Westport because my mechanic said these cars are very reliable. Well I went there and they took me into the office before I could really even look at a car. I am not sure if that is there custom but thats what they did. I told them firmly what I could put down and what I could spend per month. The service guy tried to help but kept pushing for a lease car. After I told him a few times it would not work he flat out told me I could not be helped. I also felt like putting down 1000.00 dollars was not sufficient and I basically felt like I was too poor so they were not interested. I am not sure if they are used to the typical Westport clientele but they made me feel like I was some riff raff coming in the door. I was already stressed enough and I can not stand car shopping at all. If I could use a horse and buggy honestly I would!!! The other choice was Nissan so we headed to the office in Wilton. The reason being I just came back from a trip down south and rode in a Nissan. I like the car and felt comfortable in it. After getting to the Wilton office I right off the bat felt more comfortable. Everyone was very nice and friendly. The car salesman I was set up with was Joey. Not only was he nice to me but was very accomedating to my mom who uses a walker. He asked us if we wanted anything to drink etc.. When he sat down with me, he had some choices for me in terms of what would be a good fit for me. Everyone knows money is tight and Joey knew right away what would work for me. I was in and out in a matter of maybe an hour with a car. Joey worked with me and therefore I was more than willing to work with him. I am also in customer service so I understand how important it is to work with the customer, I do it on a daily basis. I do understand also that I did not have alot of money to work with but Joey and everyone there understood it too. That really makes a difference in this day and age no one has money to throw away. I even told the salesman at Honda that I had not gotten a raise in 2 years. He told me to tell my boss to give me a raise. I will give him the benefit of the doubt he was trying to be funny, but it was not. I was really stressed so I guess my humor went out the door. Any way Joey made everything so easy when I was ready to throw in the towel and beg and borrow rides to and from work. He did a good customer service representative does, serve the customer. I am easy going and let a lot roll off my back but not that day.... And you know what?? Joey saved the day seriously, it may sound corny but he did. On Monday when I came to pick up the car (all of this happened on a Saturday) everything was ready. How cool is that? I met with Christina Magnotta also, she handled all the paper work. Not only was she efficient but friendly. Everything was explained to me and then she asked me if I had any more questions. Again efficient customer oriented and friendly. Joey also connected with me again to make sure everything went smoothly which it did. Hang onto both of these people. From what I understand Joey is fairly new. He is AWESOME! I will recommend everyone go to Bruce Bennett Nissan.. Joey really took the sting out of something I hate more than food shopping. Thank you guys for everything! More

A few weeks ago my car broke down and the repairs were too expensive to fix. I knew that I would have to purchase a vehicle and quick!. My girlfriend recommended that I go to Bruce Bennett as she purchased her 4 Nissans there and advised that they will take good care of me. I called and spoke to Theresa Weber who was very understanding and advised me to come in. With this unexpected event of my car breaking down I was less then prepared financially to have a car payment. When I got to Bruce Bennett, Theresa introduced me to Milton Martinez and advised that I will be in good hands! I told Milton my situation, my need and he made me feel at ease. When we went to look at cars in my price range Milton was there to guide me and even talk me down from test driving a car out of my budget. He then found a vehicle that was more to my liking and in my price range! Everyone was very pleasant and worked in my best interest, especially Milton Martinez who was there every step of the way!
