Lemon or poor dealer, you should know After leasing a new 2013 pathfinder, I started having issues with the electrical and transmission systems. Sometimes the car wouldn't start at all, After leasing a new 2013 pathfinder, I started having issues with the electrical and transmission systems. Sometimes the car wouldn't start at all, but when I gave the error code to Bruce Bennet Nissan they claimed the error didn't exist and after bringing it in for service I was told there were no issues (this happened three times). On several occasions when I was accelerating on a highway on ramp, the transmission would go into "limp" mode, meaning I couldn't go over about 40 mph. No problems again when brought in for service. So why do I give one star, when it sounds like I might just have a lemon car? Well when I returned it with 12 months left on the lease, yes I paid it out early because I couldn't trust that my family was safe, a salesman indicated that the early versions of the pathfinder (first six months of production) had known electrical and transmission issues. No communication, no comments at service, no opportunity to trade in early for a deal, nothing. I wouldn't trust this dealership, and overall I have lost faith in Nissan. Hard to say, since I still have a 30 year old pathfinder running well. More

Can I tell you Bruce Bennett Nissan was a breath of fresh air, they were friendly, accommodating and respected my time away from my family (didn't waste time with nonsense offers) I can tell you after visiting 10 dealerships not 1 compared even the one I ended up buying a car from (another brand car as Nissan did not have a option that met my needs). Declan Crocker McClellan was so very helpful and supportive during my whole visit. I do regret that a Nissan didn't meet my needs at this time, but will be referring friends and family to him and will be back if a Nissan is ever in my future! More

I didn't exactly need one, but was having trouble with my current one and was ready to upgrade. I told both Kerri Link-Demott and Christina Magnotta that I needed to keep my payment the same as I was currently paying, or else I would not be able to do a deal. After about a week of Christina calling just about every bank under the sun, she was able to get a bank to agree to a deal that would allow me to trade in my 2011 Chevy for a beautiful 2014 Nissan Xterra. I had already prepared for the disappointment of not being able to get a deal done, but Christina and Kerri made sure that didn't happen. I've had my new car for about a week now and couldn't be happier. I'm not sure this would have been a possibility at any other dealership in the area. Benyamin, at Bruce Bennet Nissan past week in serious car search. After some pushy, less impressive experiences, Nissan Benyamin worked hard to find me what I wanted! First it was a matter of simply sitting in a car. I knew in a moment when it was not a fit. He listened and narrowed the search for me. He found me a low milage pre-owned certified vehicle that fit me! He did not waste my time or pressure me. He was a breath of fresh air! Everyone I came in contact with from Priscilla, a sales person with a great safety testimony for the Nissan Rogue I had chosen, to Christina, the Finance Manager to others I saw in passing during the process, made me feel remembered and welcome. Hector immediately greeted me and answered all my questions. He then introduced me to Seth, who was very patient and informative as he walked me through the process. Christina worked nonstop with multiple companies until she obtained necessary financing with a great interest rate. Bottom line, I got the car of my dreams, full loaded, with lower payments than my existing loan...best day ever!!! More

Friendly, professional, courteous, and I got a great deal - as always. They found me the exact vehicle I was looking for, and it arrived the next day. This is the 2nd vehicle we've purchased from them in the last 5 months and I wouldn't hesitate sending anyone I know there. They're the best. Kerri is a fantastic salesperson, Brian the concierge is the friendliest person you'll ever meet, and Dave and Christina in the finance dept always take care of you. More
Outstanding Customer Service About a month ago I was in an accident in which my airbags deployed and my car eventually was ruled as a total loss. In the week leading up to that, I came across Bruce Bennett Nissan only after finding out that the branch closest to me was gone. I submitted my credit application online in an attempt to see if I would be pre-approved and save time. I received a phone call from a woman named Teresa (sorry if I spelled it wrong) who was extremely unhelpful and very rude as if she didn't want to help me.. Which to be honest with you almost turned me away as a potential customer. It was at that point she transferred me to Mike Dady (because she felt I was being rude and not being responsive to her questions) who was extremely nice and able to answer my questions prior to me having to take a trip there. (Which for me is about 20-30 minutes) I had very generic questions requesting more information on things to do prior to arriving so I don't waste anyone's time. Once I arrived to Bruce Bennett Nissan, Mike greeted me in the front and then introduced me to Logan, my salesman. He was honestly the BEST sales person I've ever had. He had answers for every question I had and if he didn't know, had no problem finding out the answer and getting back to me promptly with a response. My credit is a little shaky at the moment and he was able to find a way to work in a price range I could afford and did all this with a smile on his face. It took a few trips for me before I drove off with a new car (after my previous one had been ruled a total loss) but Logan was exceptional in the way he handled the sale as well as communicating everything to me throughout the process. Whenever it's time to get a new car, I will certainly be looking for Logan! He is an amazing salesman and deserves nothing but praise for his work. I would recommend everyone not only to Bruce Bennett but directly to Logan.... Thanks again!!! More
