Paul and Todd made it easier than i could have imagined, slowly walking me through the process, being entirely transparent in all of the associated costs, and being more than willing to take the time to answer my many questions, not to mention taking me out for a test drive in the two vehicles I was interested in and continuing to educate me on the pros and cons of each while in transit. More than anything, what made this process so pleasant was the atmosphere; it didn't feel so much like there was a clear salesman and customer, but more like there was just a good conversation about interesting cars that just happened to end in a transaction.
