Unique situation - Excellent Results. I recently traded in a vehicle and decided this time I would save some money and go without alot of the bells and whistles I am used to. My salesman Jorge worked within my needs and I left with a very nice 2016 Altima. After having the car for less than a month I started to want all those extras I had given up, I knew this would put me into a unique situation and place me a bit backwards on any new financing. I decided to see what my options were, I went into the dealership and told them I was interested in upgrading. My original salesman Jorge was again very helpful and Jason Reis from finance worked within my needs to come up with a suitable payment. I left with a brand new 2017 Maxima SL. The car is absolutely beautiful inside and out, I am VERY happy with the results even though I am paying more, I have exactly what I want now. This is exactly the kind of dealership you hope for when buying or leasing a car, there is no heavy sales pressure, no gimmicks, just people happy to see you happy in your purchase. I would recommend them to my family and closest of friends. More

Second lease experience was phenomenal I initially decided to go to Bruce Bennett based on some great reviews I had read. I leased an SUV with them in 2013 and the overall experience was pretty nice. The saleswoman and finance people were helpful and friendly, the only draw back was that the process took ALL day. This time, I wanted to end my lease and start a new one so I emailed the sales department to ask for price quotes. I received answers from two different people, one told me that they couldn't give me any information over email and I would have to come into the dealership to discuss anything. I live in Greenwich and work very long hours so I really wanted to avoid having to go to Wilton more than once. That's why I was so excited to get in contact with Brian Fitzgibbons, he gave me price quotes and information on available models immediately! In fact I was able to complete the entire arrangement via email with Brian (including specific prices for different years and packages and arranging to get the exact color and model I wanted brought over from another facility.) After being able to coordinate everything beforehand, I arrived at the dealership at 10:30 on a Wednesday and left in my new car and an hour later!! Brian showed me everything about my car and Jason Reid went over everything for financing (including working out a much better deal than I'd found anywhere else!) Brian and Jason made leasing my second Rougue super easy, fast and even fun! I've also had great experiences with the service department, Bob is always honest and helpful and the waiting area is comfy. I'm almost looking forward to going in my for first oil change :) I was not looking forward to the end of my lease and thought that starting another would be a headache, but after this experience I would really recommend Bruce Bennett to anyone! I had explained that I had to wait a while before actually signing up, and Paul never put any pressure on us.
