Did not provide me with a second key for a car I brought I normally don’t like writing reviews, but in this case I felt like I had too. Bruce Bennett Nissan say’s they are different from other dealership b I normally don’t like writing reviews, but in this case I felt like I had too. Bruce Bennett Nissan say’s they are different from other dealership because they say We Go The Extra Mile To Make It Worth Your While. In this case they did not go the extra mile for me. I was recommended by a friend to this dealership, I walked in and brought 2 cars from them. After signing the papers I got the keys to my cars. Then I realized that the salesman only give me 1 key to one of my cars. I then asked him were the 2nd key was and he said let me go look for it. A few minutes later he comes back and says the person who took the trade in didn’t get the key from that person. So he told me he had tried contacting the person to see if they can get me the spare key. Waited a few days for the salesman’s to respond after calling him repeatedly. After a few days the salesman told me he couldn’t get the second key from me. So I asked him what he could do from me since he couldn’t get it for me. He then told me that I can buy a key from them and they will see if they can get it for me at cost. After a day of not hearing back from him. I called him and couldn’t get a hold of him. He had his manager call me back and told me the key would cost over $300 for program and cutting the key. (Keep in mind I walked in and brought 2 cars all in 1 day.) $300 does not sound like at cost to me. So I went out and did my own research. I called back and asked if they could do anything for me if I went out and brought my own keys. They said they wanted $125 plus tax to cut and program the keys. $125/hour was the ongoing rating for service. I was willing to buy my own keys. After a few days of countless calling back they said they would do it for $75 plus tax ended up being $85. It took them less than 10 minutes to cut and program and still charged me $75 plus tax. Really?? If they were charging $125/hr and it took them 15 minutes to do it, so shouldn’t it have been $31.25 for 15 minutes of service? Needless to say I was hoping they would just program the key for free for me, since I went out and paid for the keys. I was totally dissatisfied with the level of service I was giving after buy 2 cars from Bruce Bennett Nissan. I would not come back to this dealership nor would I recommend them either More

From a logistics stand point moving a mini van, moving truck and a new car is a bit much. We met with Marvin and explained to him that we were not there to purchase anything, but more just to get the feel of the car so when we move we know what we want. Marvin had no problem with this and still offered his undivided attention and knowledge of the vehicle we were looking at which was a 2017 Maxima SR Midnight edition. Marvin and Declan who is the sales manager both won us over without the pressure that a normal sales team would have. They were very relaxed and accommodating. After a test drive which was not at all planned, but very much enjoyed we decided to go ahead and make a move on leasing the maxima that we had been looking for. They did not have the color we wanted in stock and got right to work finding one. They found one by the end of the day. They are even setting up transport of our new vehicle to our new home. Marvin and the team go above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied and confident in your purchase. More

Experience & Service Bruce Bennett is horrible. I don't recommend anyone to buy a car from them. I was sold a car which I was told it was certified. That was a lie. I then Bruce Bennett is horrible. I then was told it had extended warranty when I purchased and took it in one day for service and I have no warranty. I was also told upon purchasing it came from the owner and it was in good condition and I had nothing to worry about. I have took my car in numerous times because of the different lights that come on and they do nothing but reset the codes. I spoke to the GM and the only thing she did was try to compare it to when someone gets sick. I handed them a check for $16,000 to only get lied to.The transmission should not have went already and they should of been willing to assist which the GM had nothing but an attitude. The sales crew there lie just to make a sale. The service department will have you keep coming back just to keep charging you. STAY AWAY. If your going to use Nissan try a different location. They sold me a lemon. The service guy says there were codes from the past before I purchased. More
