So the following time I went I was brought to Matt Wolowitz was the salesman and was very helpful and answered all my questions. He knew what he was talking about with the vehicle that I was purchasing. We came to a deal. On short notice of me coming in to pick vehicle up. Matt still was all set and ready to go. Easy Peasy I was in search of a used vehicle for my daughter and my father suggested I go look at vehicles at a Nissan dealership near him. So he and I head off I was in search of a used vehicle for my daughter and my father suggested I go look at vehicles at a Nissan dealership near him. So he and I head off to the local dealership. I found a 2013 Nissan Sentra and thought it would be an easy transaction, however, they wanted to play the back and forth game with negotiating a reasonable price. So I left. I went on the Kelly blue book website and put in my price range and distance willing to travel. I found a few Nissan Sentra's listed at Bruce Bennett and only had to travel 9 miles. It was a rainy day so my daughter and I just went to "look". Lucky for us, David Reyes was working that day. Suddenly the sun came out (true story), and we took a 2015 Sentra out for a test drive. That was on a Sunday, I didn't leave a deposit because we only went to look. I told David if that car is for me it would be there when I returned with my deposit. Thankfully it was there and a week later I now own a Nissan Sentra and never once haggled with the price. Amanda was excellent with explaining the extended warranty and other add-ons. When it was time to pick up the vehicle all I had to do was sign on a few dotted lines and smile for the camera. I've bought 4 new vehicles and this was my 3rd used vehicle purchased in my lifetime and this was actually the smoothest transaction in the history of all my previous experiences. I worked with Mark at the dealership and he was exceptional in every way. He was honest and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to bring us out and to see all the different Rogue's and explained all their features. He then worked with us to find the one I wanted at a great price. Mark went above and beyond by arranging the whole buying process for us, including calling my insurance company and picking me up at another location after I dropped off my car.
