Dismissed My daughter and I walked into Bruce Bennett Nissan on a Saturday morning looking for a used car, I was going to pay cash for my car via a personal loa My daughter and I walked into Bruce Bennett Nissan on a Saturday morning looking for a used car, I was going to pay cash for my car via a personal loan I already got from my bank. We were given Jesse Castillo as our sales person and told him what we were looking for. After sitting at his desk for two minutes he had already tried me to finance through their dealership and then once we refused he said he was going to talk to his sales manager to see what he could find. After speaking with whomever for not even a minute he comes back to the desk saying “there was nothing he can do and he has no cars in our price range”, keep in mind we were looking for an older car with a 12,000 dollar budget which is not unreasonable. With my response being “you don’t have a single car on the lot in the price range” with his reply “this is a new dealership we sell new car so good luck looking”. Fuming my daughter and I walked out, I then decided to go back in and ask to speak with the sales manager, Mike, who thankfully was apologetic and confused by his employees actions, mike then came out with 5 cars within our price range. So why would Jesse tell us he didn’t have a single car within our means? Was it because we were two females, or maybe because we were in the Wilton area and he felt he was to good to be bothered with us or perhaps we were paying cash and he wouldn’t meet an incentive? I was made to feel like a second class citizen because Jesse Castillo couldn’t be bothered with a used car cash deal. Mike was helpful but we wanted to make the general manager aware that his sales person let a customer walk out because he couldn’t be bothered. Steve was helpful and apologetic but the disgusting taste Jesse left in our mouth couldn’t be undone. At this point the Bennett family couldn’t give me a car for free after the awful way we were treated by his employee Jesse Castillo. More

Couldn't have gone better I went to Bruce Bennett Nissan on a Tuesday night without an appointment. I met Jorge that night and he was able to take me for a test drive. 48 hours I went to Bruce Bennett Nissan on a Tuesday night without an appointment. I met Jorge that night and he was able to take me for a test drive. 48 hours later I was able to leave with a new vehicle. Jorge even came in on his day off to finalize the deal. Jason took his time to get me the best rate and explain everything about the financing and warranty options. I could not be happier with the service I received and with the car I purchased. Simply put, If you're going to buy/lease a car you must do it with Priscilla. She was fantastic and is excellent at what she does. Priscilla is the consummate professional. She made this typically stressful experience a smooth, easy, and actually, I know this sounds crazy, fun one. She was a delight to work with; always smiling and upbeat. I first met her in July to at least start the process and she was quite helpful, attentive and didn't put any pressure on me. She contacted me or returned my calls/emails promptly to discuss offers. She afforded me much patience which I'm grateful for. I don't know how she did it, but she made feel like I was her only customer. When can you ever say that when buying a car!
