When I went back to the front desk, they had David come out to meet me. It was the most pleasant interaction I have had in all my car buying years. He listened much more than talked, answered my questions completely, and (the word I would use) "facilitated" me buying a car (not him selling me one) over the next couple of days. When I asked for a take home overnight test drive, he made it happen quickly and without hassle. He explained the buying options, their offer, including concessions and trade in and off we went. The actual signing process with Sue was also pleasant and painless, a great end to a successful buying process. Thanks Team!!! More
