I appreciate that they worked me in for oil change and tire check within a day’s request. I was also advised to pursue potential maintenance via dealer for best outcome. I had been searching the Internet looking for a Durango Hellcat before they are discontinued by Dodge and found what I was looking for at Brown's West Branch. I worked with Tim Figge on the purchase of a Hellcat before they are discontinued by Dodge and found what I was looking for at Brown's West Branch. I worked with Tim Figge on the purchase of a 2024 Durango Hellcat. Tim answered all my questions, gave me a good price quote on my trade in, and helped move all the paperwork along. When I arrived at the dealership, Tim actually came in on his day off to deliver my car. I was greeted by Allie with a big smile welcoming me and making sure I was comfortable. I also met the owner who congratulated me on my new vehicle purchase, and the service manager. Trenton had all the paperwork ready and got me in and out quickly. You can tell this is a family owned business because the customer service is exceptional. I live 80 miles from the dealership but will go back because of the awesome service. More
