Harry approached my wife andI when we entered the showroom after looking around the car lot. No pressure. We told him what we were interested in, he gathered the neseccary information for us. Tom from financing came over to introduce himself and look over the paper work with us. Went back 2 days later for the vehicle. All additional options available were offered and explained to us, if we wanted to purchase any, or not, again no pressure. Everything was fast & effiecent.
