My wife and I went in for a simple test drive, and were immediately excited about the new Dart. We jumped into buying mode pretty quick, and Chris and one of the managers (John Delgenio) worked with us wit immediately excited about the new Dart. Rich Roberts was great no issues, the finance guy who I dealt with there mis in formed me of the manufacturers warranty in an effort to sale me an aftermarket extended warranty. We sat in a 300 and he showed us how all the many features worked. He was very knowledgeable. We decided to purchase a 2013 Chrysler 300 from him. Mike Pellegrino, the Sales Manager, sat down the next day when we came in (as Jim was out on the road picking up another dealer's car). He went over our car and explained about financing, an extended warranty and answered any questions we had. Well, we had many, as all new buyers have! Mike was such a friendly and professional person. How Jim and Mike could be so helpful and such nice people is amazing. The next day we picked up our new car from Jim. We sat in our car and he showed us how all the special equipment worked and again, answered any questions. What a pleasure to have him as our salesman! We have had many new cars over the years, but I must say, I never had such a pleasureable experience as at Brown's dealership.
