Sales Dept is very good but service dept are scammers, buyers beware! First, Sales at Browns have always been professional - they even tried to apologize many times for the behavior of service. Shout out to JIm Daggett But as for Service dept - they are unprofessional and plainly, liars. I have not found one person their to be professional. I dare even to say human they, have no compasion or understanding. I would try another service provide, but many no longer support Jeeps you don't buy from them, so that in itself is a shame. Our 2022 Jeep Cherokee Summit Reserve has been in the shop more then 80 days in total over a 12 month period and they are so busy repairing cars, their wait time to schedule can be up to 6 weeks away. (this is the recent woman said on the call, tyhat they are overwhelmed with repairs - I wonder why????) The woman who took my reservation for a recall repair was simply rude and nasty. She said they are so busy and the car needs to be there all day. Side note, the recall says not to charge the car, to park the car away from the house and other cars in the event the vehicle catches fire. The recall also states to get the car in ASAP. The woman ( I will follow up with her name shortly, I didn';t ask for it on the call, that's on me) after being rude some more, says make sure to bring the car in fully charged. You can see the dilema here - jeep says don't charge the car and the dealership says charge the car fully the day I bring it in. What??? Dangerous to say the least. Anyway, the letter from Jeep says this is urgent and to birng the car in immediatly but becasue ( I assume) Jeep quality has gone down hill the service dept is so busy no appts (with a loaner car) untile Feb 3rd (Today is Jan 2nd) - for a car that could explode or go on fire at anytime. The woman on the phone went on to say that she has the same Jeep model and the same problem. She hasn;'t charged her car in a month. She went on to say this isn't only a Jeep Problem but other car manufacturers have the same issue, She said her husband works at another car compnay service cneter and see this issue alot too. Honeslty I don't care. If she doesn't care about her sftey and her families with a car that could catch fire thats her issue - as for me and my family I don't want my $85,000 car to go on fire and hurt anyone. Honeslty at any cost no car should be that poorly made. Whats most sad is that people have such poor customer serivice skills. The Service manager once said on one of my many visits I should have bought a different brand of car and that Jeep is crap. I was shocked but I guess thats what you get at Browns Jeep for Service. No one cares! This Service dept at Browns even lost my car for a period of 20 mins and couldn't find it - it took 2 sales managers and a service manager to scour the lots and building until they found the Jeep tucked behind another. They would break one thing while trying to fix another. Unfortunatley not the smartedt group as well, but that to many stories to tell. Let us wait and see if a manager calls. GAry Burke did call once after I put in numerous complaints and did assist i one situation, but there are so many more when no one has returned my calls. More

I went to Browns looking for a jeep I saw on their website. I met Mike Siemon, and he was great to work with. There were no hassles and the transaction went smooth. The staff at Browns Jeep are a class act. The salesman David helped me choose the best deal and worked quickly to have me approved. When I arrived at 6pm, my new truck was sparkling clean with a fresh detail, full tank of gas and I was in the road in minutes. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. I was very impressed. More
