FIrst new vehicle in 10 years. Adam was great. I was browsing, trying to narrow down my options when he approached me, and I'm so glad he did. It was my first time buying a new car Adam was great. I was browsing, trying to narrow down my options when he approached me, and I'm so glad he did. It was my first time buying a new car since 2006, and I had no clue what I was doing. He answered all hundred questions, showed me all of my options, gave me time to think when I needed and NEVER made me feel pressured into making a choice. Once I made a choice everything was smooth sailing, and I had papers signed in less than an hour. He even contacted me the day after my purchase to make sure I was enjoying my car and didn't have any additional questions! I know once it's time to purchase a new one again, I'll be back at Brown Honda. More
