Scheduling a maintenance visit I was due for a kenghly maintenance service on my Honda. Pinched for time, I was going to do only part of it and pick up the remainder the filling wee I was due for a kenghly maintenance service on my Honda. Pinched for time, I was going to do only part of it and pick up the remainder the filling week. My service person was able to arrange to have it all done that afternoon and was able to provide a vehicle to me for the afternoon. A few hours later, everything on my car was complete, I got a call that my vehicle was ready. All the maintenance issues were explained and the total bill was paid and I felt a great peace of mind that my vehicle was ready for the trip the next day. More

Longtime Honda customer I moved to this area with my old Honda Prelude in 1996, and started having it serviced here at Brown; traded it in when it was 15 years old for a new I moved to this area with my old Honda Prelude in 1996, and started having it serviced here at Brown; traded it in when it was 15 years old for a new 2003 Accord. I've had an excellent experience with Brown Honda. My car is now 14 years old, but it is running better than the Prelude did at this age. Sylvain at the Service center is truly an expert and has always given me the right advice about taking care of my car. I feel like he knows me and my car and is glad to see us. He does not try to just have Honda charge me a lot of money. Although Honda service is expensive, I think Sylvain has actually saved me money sometimes. Thank you Sylvain, for your expert help and for taking care of me and my Honda so well!! I think you deserve an award for your dedication. More
