Wendy Cooper went above and beyond in making sure that we completed as much of the transaction as possible before ever arriving at the dealership. They gave us plenty of time to decide on the color of vehicle I wanted. We were informed of all the extra options without being pressured. Nick, in finance, should also be mentioned for his part. He was efficient and informative in getting the financing completed without wasting time. More
FRUSTRATED WITH SERVICE I came to the dealership for an oil change with a coupon. I have a 2012 Honda Fit. I really like it and I want to take care of it. In addition of t I came to the dealership for an oil change with a coupon. I have a 2012 Honda Fit. I really like it and I want to take care of it. In addition of the oil change I told the service team my TPMS light was on. I have taken it to other places to get it switched off as I purchased new tires. The coupon was for $38.95. Upon receiving my bill, the cost of the service was 38.95 + 11.77 labor upon which they took off 11.00. Now the fine print of the coupon said fees, but NOWHERE does it say for labor. In addition to this service my TPMS light was never addressed. While in the waiting area, a gentleman was getting his wife's CRV serviced as well and had noticed that the service dept was up selling to EVERY customer. When it came to me, yes the service dept came to up sell me a filter and wanted to change it for $39.95. Because of this I now want to install my own air filters, and do my brakes myself (with genuine Honda parts) and SAVE A TON of $ in the process. After all, it is 5 lug nuts, a metric socket to loosen the brake calipers, for a total of 7 nuts. My other vehicle is a 1999 Honda Accord with 259,000 miles. I take care of that one myself. My only other option is to go to Jim White Honda in Maumee, Ohio. More

Best Experience This was, hands down, the best experience I have ever had with a salesperson. I was trying to decide between two different cars. Arthur took the time This was, hands down, the best experience I have ever had with a salesperson. I was trying to decide between two different cars. Arthur took the time to explain the differences between the cars. He listened to what features were important to me and made suggestions based on that. I never felt like I was being pressured to buy something I didn't want or buy before I was ready. Once I narrowed down which car I wanted, I had to decide on a color. I kept going back and forth and Arthur had an infinite amount of patience with me during all of this. The car I decided on has a lot of features I have never used and he took the time to explain all of them to me and help me with my settings. I couldn't be happier with the car and with the salesman. I will never buy a car from anyone else ever again. More
