Always pleased with their service… very rarely do I wait and if it’s too long I just come back another day….they are good at explaining issues with your car if there are any .. My HRV had a recall, I brought it in at 1000 and at 1600 they had done nothing with it, asking me to come for it following day or come pick it, I rescheduled. The same thing happened again , Brown Honda had they had done nothing with it, asking me to come for it following day or come pick it, I rescheduled. The same thing happened again , Brown Honda had my car from 0800 to 1600 and did the same thing. didn't even check it, instead I received a call at 1600 telling me they could not make to check it, because they ONLY HAD 3 TECHNICIAN!!!! can you hire more people instead of saving cost and inconveniencing us! I regret buying my car here and having to bring it for service! Is it because the recalls don't fetch good money and so you service cars from paying clients and ignore the recalls? If you knew you had no staff., why was I booked for this day, don't you plan ahead? Very poor service! More
