We looked throughout San Antonio before coming upon Jeep Ram Dodge in Devine,TX. The first vehicle ( the one we wanted) ended up having issues. Service advisors are not knowledgeable, prices are always more than expected to pay. Don't keep customers updated on service being performed, have to constantly call to check status of vehicle. worst dealership experience, Told them about Putting 13000 down on a new vehicle, but i could only do $7000 friday and come back with $6000 on monday to pickup the vehicle. CAlled in spoke with the Manager , Ernesto, he says , let me see what we can work out and ill call you back and Lets get an application done. Im like ok, they are going to work with me! Nope, no call back, I call back couple hours later, they tell me that everything is ready and approved! Awsome right, nope, They say, sorry sir, You need all the $13000 right now. So i cant give you $7000, come back on monday and do the other $6000, No sir, we can hold it. Im like, you not holding it, its considered sold!!!! Sorry sir, thats our policy! WHAT , then why have me do the application???? Im not taking the vehicle until the full amount is paid. , sorry sir, we cant do that!, Ok , so i went to AutoNation in Fortworth, they allowed me to put the $7000 , take the vehicle home on a friday and send them the $6000 remaining throught fedex air on monday Morning.!!! So today is Monday! just for kicks, i text "George" >>>> Hey buddy, you still have the truck? I have the $13000 down, i can go around 530 pm today, Just get back to me with numbers , APR and payment. He responds, Yes its still here, if you can come in and we can go over that here. I say, no, i dont want to waste time going over if i dont like the numbers! I told him Ask Ernest "the manager" to get you that and let me know. He says, ok, let me get that for you sir! around 4 hrs later, nothing, i text him again. were you able to do that??? Sorry sir, im out delivering a car.... lol Worst , i say worst Dealership ive ever experienced. In the last 8 years, iv gone through about 8 dealerships with me and my wifes cars combined! this by far is the worst! Will Never, Never, NEEEVERRRRRR, consider this dealership again! More
Whatever you do, DO NOT give this dealer your phone number. They will hound you for YEARS to give them your business. Even when you ask to be removed from their calling list, they simply laugh and shru number. They will hound you for YEARS to give them your business. They simply get a different line and continue calling you. It is to the point of harassment. Know who you are dealing with and do not give these clowns the time of day. More
