Just getting the truck in took contacting the manager to get the truck serviced and to get a loaner. I understand that loaners are low but driving a truck I only had to 28 days to have break problems. Then get the truck serviced and to get a loaner. I understand that loaners are low but driving a truck I only had to 28 days to have break problems. Then 3 weeks to get the part and put in was a shock. Julio has a great personality but the follow through to update the customer on service was bad. It would have not been such a bad experience if communication was better. More

I was very impressed - everyone treated me as family. Frank went out of his way to help us set up vehicle purchase/trade and explained the process.
