Smooth and Easy Process for Service and Buying I worked with Ken Narsewicz, as my sales consultant, and Michael Ruggiero, the Sales Manager in turning over a leased 2013 car for a new one. Even th I worked with Ken Narsewicz, as my sales consultant, and Michael Ruggiero, the Sales Manager in turning over a leased 2013 car for a new one. Even though I was over the mileage by a vast amount, Ken and Mike were able to work with me to get out of the lease and into a new S60 by demonstrating flexibility, while understanding my budgetary constraints. They assisted me in setting up my new lease with a higher and more appropriate mileage allowance. Ken and Michael made the process very easy and enjoyable. I am glad to be a repeat customer of Brown Daub Volvo. I have had nothing but outstanding service for my prior vehicle and look forward to continuing the relationship with this 2015.5 S60, as well. I highly recommend working with this great staff of dedicated professionals. More

It was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. I found the staff to be very friendly and at no time did I feel that I was being sold any extras that I really didn't want or need. Bob was so easy to work wi After a frustrating "used car experience" with a local competitor, we chose to visit Brown Daub to purchase our new Volvo. Bob was so easy to work with and not only gave us the price we were looking to spend, he made the process enjoyable. I love my new XC60 and Bob was instrumental in getting me accustomed to the changes since my last Volvo. He helped me through a great deal of the "set up" and was very patient/answered all of my questions. The best part of the whole day was when he drove all the way to where we went to have lunch, since I left my phone at the dealership. Not only did he remember where we said we would go for lunch, he had my phone there within a matter of minutes! (I didn't even have time to notice I lost it).
