I purchased my car here in 2010. Everyone here is terrific to work with. The service is fantastic. I worked with Craig and Bill and both are very courteous, and helpful, and they make your visit en terrific to work with. The service is fantastic. I just purchased all new tires, had the inspection and emissions, oil change, new rear brakes, and Craig was so helpful with helping me get the tires I needed. While you are there they keep you up to date on what is happening with your vehicle, and the time frame The new dealership location and facility is so nice. Since they have a section just for the kids, my kids now love coming along. (and of course they love the free popcorn) . I will never go anywhere else, for service or to purchase a vehicle. More

I had my car in a couple of times to iron out some electronic bugs that were causing issues. I dealt with J'La primarily, and I am very pleased with her professionalism and friendliness. Always bring my car in for service, these guys are great. Craig is very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to my car. Totally blown away by my service experiance at brown daub kia service dept. I came in for a routine oil change and was pleasantly greeted by JLa who was more than willing to help me in every way. I was kinda kia service dept. I came in for a routine oil change and was pleasantly greeted by JLa who was more than willing to help me in every way. I was kinda surprised that the mechanic was recommanding me tires and alignment when all i was there for was an oil change. so i asked to speak with the mechanic working on my car and Jason came out and had explained to me that they do a road test and a mutipoint inspection on every car they work on and he noticed that my tires were very loud while driving and while the car was on the lift he noticed they were wearing very uneven and were cupping causing the noise he even brought me out into the shop to show me. I had not even metioned that I was hearing that noise but was pleasantly surprised that they had taken the time to completly go over my car and find that noise. they didnt try to pressure me on buying tires and told me that I could wait until my next oil change to replace them. I will defintaly be coming back to brown daub kia for my tires and alignment because of the way i was treated they took the time to make sure that i was completly satisfied. I have had my vehicle to other dealers for the same concern and was always told that the problem could not be verified. So for months I was dealing with a randomly heard noise every time I went over ro concern and was always told that the problem could not be verified. So for months I was dealing with a randomly heard noise every time I went over rough roads within a very reasonable time and after a short road test with the technician my vehicle was repaired under warranty and I was on my way. Overall my experience was more than pleasant and I will recommend this dealer to any of my friends or relatives and they conveniently repair more than kias. Thank you for fixing the annoying noise in my car! :) More
