The service department sucks. They did a terrible job on an oil change. Oil leaked all over my driveway and they promised to rectify the issue but they never return phone calls or They did a terrible job on an oil change. Took our vehicle to Brown Daub Kia for inspection and oil change. It did need brakes but they were very professional wait time was minimal and the bill was reasonable!!! Their service manager stays in commu change. It did need brakes but they were very professional wait time was minimal and the bill was reasonable!!! Their service manager stays in communication with customers while going to the shop to check on progress of their vehicle!!! They care about good customer service which is not easy to find in today’s world !!! I’ve been a customer for about 8 years at least. Never had a problem til now. I have contacted them twice never got anything back from them . I brought my car in for service new tires n wheel alignm Never had a problem til now. I have contacted them twice never got anything back from them . I live more then a hour away my husband usually does this but is I’ll now. Not sure it’s because I am a female or what but I’m very uncomfortable about bring it back there More
