Service was a rip off Needed electrical checked on handicap van. Dropped van to dealership after closed with a note telling them locks were locking themselves and had no ba Needed electrical checked on handicap van. Dropped van to dealership after closed with a note telling them locks were locking themselves and had no back up lights which we needed for a PA inspection. Received a phone call the next morning where I authorized an hour of diagnostic labor and the guy asked more detailed questions on the repairs we needed. The guy then says do you want in inspected in which I replied if you can knowing I had dropped off a car that needed back up lights for inspection. Did not hear from them until 3pm when the guy says one side of door locks and the other doesn't - which we already knew and was not what we brought the car in for- and you'll need back brakes for inspection. So I said what about the lights and he replies we hope it's just a bulb. So I told him it's not the bulb my husband checked the bulbs and now it's costing me $112.00 for you to tell me the same thing I told you when we brought it in? When my husband arrived they had the tire off inspecting brakes and charging me for a failed inspection which I knew I would have because I HAVE NO BACK UP LIGHTS which is why I brought it to you in the first place. Should have took the time to read reviews first. I've taken it to another Dodge who has over 600 good reviews on line. Hopefully I'll have better luck. Don't fall for the on line instant answer to my question crap. After collecting all my information and wasting all my time I wasn't going to get an answer till the next morning anyway. I could of just called the dealership myself. I was not happy with them wasting my time and this is probably why we got jerked around. I noticed on the bill they had my email address which they could have only got from my online inquiries. We never gave it to them when we dropped the car off. Beware!!!! More
