Cars that I have purchased from brown have been total loses on my end, the first car I had bought had transmission issues a little less than a year and lost $8,000. I went back to check out a car on the loses on my end, the first car I had bought had transmission issues a little less than a year and lost $8,000. I went back to check out a car on the brown GMC side and found one in my price range was perfect they were really pushed me getting it right away, although I bought it, 2 weeks later spark plugs, and ignition coils were out, and I had to pay $326 out of my pocket while they did not want to award my bumper-to-bumper warranty. A week later from those issues my battery completely dies, and I was wanting to talk to someone higher up as director of sales or Genral manager and I left a message with my concern and issues I've had with my car and their company, and I haven't heard anything back. This has led me to leave a review of how bad customer service is here and would not recommend anyone purchasing vehicle from brown. More
