Best experience ever My wife and I have purchased 4 new Cadillacs from Dougs Northwest Cadillac in the last 5 years and have always been overjoyed with the reception we My wife and I have purchased 4 new Cadillacs from Dougs Northwest Cadillac in the last 5 years and have always been overjoyed with the reception we've received from everyone there. the kindness and sincerity shown by those that we've encountered in the sales, finance, and service departments have been top tier. There are a few folks who have earned our love and respect over the years though and I want to take this opportunity to point them out as they deserve extra recognition. First my hat and heart goes to our sales person Torri McCullough. Torri sold us our first Cadillac back in 2011 and we were so impressed with her sincerity, and in-depth knowledge of the product. Torri took her time and walked us through every aspect of the deal and made one heck of a case for why we should purchase a Cadillac; she did all of this with a smile on her face and didn't come across as pressuring us or sounding desperate. She took us in and made us feel like family. Our love and respect for Torri has grown exponentially over the years and and continues to grow with each encounter. Torri continues to demonstrate why Dougs Cadillac is considered to be one of the best dealerships in the Pacific Northwest. Next, I'd like to talk about Vickie Mercer in the finance department; Vickie has also shown her sincerity, friendliness, and knowledge while patiently walking us through the 'art of the deal', Vickie is a wonderful person who has acknowledged us each and every time we had the privilege of visiting Dougs. She exudes a tangy, sweet, and sour richness that she readily shares with anyone who has had the luxury of getting to know her. ( Sign right here please.) I would be remiss if I didn't mention Damon Lockwood, Manager. Damon is the consummate leader who is not afraid to get some dirt under his fingernails. I have had the pleasure of speaking with him on several occasions and he went above and beyond to address and resolve any issues that we had with a smile on his face. Last but not least, I have to talk about my friend Gary Schriefer of the service department, whew; talk about one personable guy. Gary is always up for a smile and a handshake, he makes us feel wanted, accepted and appreciated whenever we have a need to visit, whether it be for a oil change or other business. He willingly takes time out of his day to exchange a few words of cheer, with a smile that would melt your heart. We love Gary and seek him out whenever we come in for a visit. They truly stand out and go out of the way to care for u! I have never been to a dealership like this before in 40 years of my life with buying cars. Amazing part is before showing up at my house, the salesperson went to a local car wash to wash the dirt that was on the cars before showing it to my wife and me! I didn't tell him that I will be fine but you never gave up his smile and went through the process as if I purchased a vehicle. When he left my wife and I were confident that this was the vehicle and this was the place we would do business with. So the next day when I visited the dealership in person gave them my car and drove away with the beautiful Cadillac that my wife always wanted. It is really difficult to describe the experience I had here with all the friendly staff, you must experience it yourself and understand that you will be treated like family can you go to this place. I don't write a lot of reviews but this one was one that I would write without any hesitation. I hope this can help you to find a good home to buy your new car from. More
