Bob Gray customer service skills are poor at best. Lack of communication is frustrating. He never returns phone calls, doesn't know much about how his service dept. is ran. Wouldn't take my calls but he'll speak with my husband. Has anyone told him its 2021 and women are allowed to drive. After much frustration with him, I can't complain about the customer service provided by the service writer.
