Always great! So easy to make appointments! Brandy always takes great care if us and is on top of things. If I have a question or concerns she will have an answer. I have a dealership about 10 minutes from me, but I make the 30 minute drive to go to Auto Nation of Brooksville just for the great service! Keep up the great work! More
AutoNation Ford Brooksville is the best dealership. They have a great Manager named GARY MANRIGUEZ. He is honest, trustworthy & the BEST! He is like an angel. He took the time to answer questions. Bob Gray customer service skills are poor at best. Lack of communication is frustrating. Brandi is great, its a shame she doesn't get much support and she is saddled with having to cover for Bob the Custo of communication is frustrating. He never returns phone calls, doesn't know much about how his service dept. is ran. Wouldn't take my calls but he'll speak with my husband. Has anyone told him its 2021 and women are allowed to drive. After much frustration with him, I can't complain about the customer service provided by the service writer. They did step up and was very fair with the repairs. Much appreciated. Thank you Brandi! Truck is going back in again! More
