I've had dealings with this dealership off and on for over 20 years. For the past 2 years this the only dealership I've used. I can honestly say the service has always been 5 star. Service takes too long. Have had 3 appointments each for a simple oil change and each time it took 2 hours. I have used this dealer a few times but suddenly they have been awful. I came in for an oil change. I had an appointment for 8:30 AM. At 3:00 PM I finally called them and asked what was happening. The did not finish the job because they spent the day doing who knows what but they did not do any of the recalls that they had promised would be done! I’m very sad to say I will not go back to them.
