I was stranded in Sandy Hill FL while vacationing. On the day I had to return to Ft Pierce FL - my car would not start -fuel pump issue. After a few other calls I called Auto Nation Ford - Brooksville & spoke to Bob Gray. He was honest & understanding and said he could most likely look at the vehicle the next day. I changed the tow instructions to deliver to Auto Nation Ford & went to speak to Bob. He was fantastic! Less than 4 hours later - I received a call telling what was wrong - how much it would cost - and that the car would be ready around 4pm that afternoon! Was greeted by several staff members all dressed clean with an alert professional attitude. This alone sets them apart from many other businesses nowadays that let their staff mope around disheveled with a "don't bother me" attitude. My vehicle was taken at my scheduled time and finished on time. Work was perfect. Alan the service representative was once again awesome in making the process easy and efficient for me (great job Alan).
