I didn't know to expect as it's rare that I purchase new vehicle. I have had 2 since 2001, Ford Explorer and then my old 2010 Ford Explorer Sport Trac (loved this truck but it was time). I reached out to Au vehicle. I have had 2 since 2001, Ford Explorer and then my old 2010 Ford Explorer Sport Trac (loved this truck but it was time). I reached out to AutoNation Brookesville because I noticed the color and type of truck (2023 Ranger) I wanted was in-transit. I had the privilege to work with Michael Amendolare. Michael was great from the get-go, friendly and professional. He answered my questions on the truck and provided even more information for me. This helped so much as I processed the info I gathered, the more I knew this truck was for me. I was concerned about the price and wondered what it would cost. Michael helped with that along with other colleagues. They knew I take care of my previous vehicles too. They worked out the finances very well, it was great! Then, helped with the registration, insurance, and my trade in! Completely Awesome! I can go on about the staff, they were GREAT! I highly recommend getting your vehicles at this location!
