Came in because of an ABS/traction control light and emergency brake light on. Brakes were all working fine. No noises. All brakes had been replaced within the past year. I suggested it was something el emergency brake light on. Brakes were all working fine. No noises. All brakes had been replaced within the past year. I suggested it was something electrical. They charged $260 for a diagnostic. It came back with an ABS code and a over voltage and under voltage code. They recommended I replace the Hydraulic pump and the ABS module at a cost of almost $2200. I paid the $260 and left. Went home, double checked my battery and connections, Belt and belt tensioner. Belt had some glazing on it intermittently on the side where the tensioner made contact. Looked closer at the tensioner, it was heavily worn so I replaced the belt and the tensioner. Four weeks later all codes are gone and I saved $2104 vs replacing something that would have never fixed the issue. This service center's average repair cost is over $2k so BEWARE and get a second opinion. This place will take you to the cleaners. Take care of some simple stuff that may be causing your issue. BTW, my car doesn't have traction control and the emergency brake wasn't on. They never bothered to look into the over/under voltage issue like I had suggested. I give two stars because the people at the service desk were polite and handled my inquiry quickly. More

Nate reached out to me right away with no pressure to buy. Just let me know the vehicle I was looking at was there. The car was ready when I got there, he answered my questions honestly and admitted if h buy. Just let me know the vehicle I was looking at was there. The car was ready when I got there, he answered my questions honestly and admitted if he didn’t know. Waited for people I knew to check it out and was there for the whole process with low pressure and plenty of options! I also really liked the appraisal for my trade in, in my opinion and research support, it was more than fair. More
My bill had an additional charge for my oil change for approximately $15.00 for an SDC additive. I have no idea what this additive is or why they added it to my vehicle without asking me or telling me wha approximately $15.00 for an SDC additive. We have taken our Expedition LTD to the Brooksville AutoNation for servicing for many years. Recently, the driver's side rear view mirror developed a problem so that it could not be adjusted with the i AutoNation for servicing for many years. Recently, the driver's side rear view mirror developed a problem so that it could not be adjusted with the inside controls and was not secure even when adjusted manually. We took the vehicle in to just to get an estimate for replacement, only to be told that we had to make an appointment, so we made an appointment for 7:30 the following morning. After some time of waiting, a written estimate was brought to us, along with an invoice for $200 for the estimate! Not only was this charge NEVER mentioned when we had the car in the day before, but we were also shocked that there was a charge at all, as we've never encountered anyone in any business who charges for an estimate and especially not $200. Fortunately, we had enough forethought then to ask if the $1500 estimate was for parts and labor. We were told that it was for parts only and that the labor would be an additional $2000! Why was this not shown on the estimate? Had we not asked and then had decided to bring the car in later to have the repair done, we would have been shocked when it came time to pay the bill--$3500 instead of the written estimate of $1500. This would have added insult to injury after being charged $200 for an estimate without being informed of the charge ahead of time. Both of these practices seem a little shady and have left a bad taste in our mouths. My first husband and I owned a Ford dealership for many years, and we would never have conducted business in this manner. Since our Expedition is getting on up in age, we have been considering trading it in on a newer model, but we're really leery of using AutoNation now. More
