After over a month of waiting for my ID. 4 to be repaired, a service technician working on my ID.4 came through with great communication as to what was wrong and let me know that parts needed 4 to be repaired, a service technician working on my ID.4 came through with great communication as to what was wrong and let me know that parts needed to be shipped from Germany because the US plant did not have the necessary parts in stock. The technician was very knowledgeable and detailed on the product and repair. I was upset at first not getting clear answers, but at the end the entire team at VW came through. This is my worst ever experience with service and it will also be my last purchase from them as well .
