As soon as your car is in for a diagnostic, you're out $400 for 1 hour and diagnostics take longer. I was quoted around $10k in labor that another shop is handling for around $3k including parts. I posted the quote online for others to review + second opinions and everyone told me to bail. I still had to pay $900 for a diagnostic fee just to be able to get my vehicle out. Make of that what you will. Service department is extremely difficult to communicate with. Brought in my vehicle on Sunday and every time I call and ask for some update, I don't receive a call back until I call again. Back and forth lasted until Friday. Overall, a terrible experience with terrible customer service. More

So my son and I wasted 250+ miles and about 6 hours of time going to see a car that was at this stealership and supposedly ready to be bought. My son and I looked it over and both of us were like, looks OK, dirty as xxxx inside and out but the salesman said it was and that it would be detailed before we took it so we were like, can we take it for a test drive and the salesman said there wasn't much gas but we could take it around the block, so we did. Test drive was OK, really hard to give it a food test drive in Brooklyn but we decided we seen and tested enough to move on. All seems to be going kinda smooth, right? Well, that's where xxxx turned. The salesman comes out with the pricing sheet. What was an almost $19000.00, ends up over $25000.00 out the door. They are charging a $4000.00 fee to call the car certified used. What a FRICKING joke!!! Needless to say, that was the end of that!!! If you are going to tack that BULLSH!T fee on, include it in the price of the car so you don't waste fricking peoples time and money to come look at vehicles that ultimately are put out of their expected price range!!! Unfortunately I was the fool because on the way there I was reading reviews of people saying the same thing but I gave the stealership the benefit of the doubt and went anyways. BIG mistake on my part. Do yourselves a favor and don't fall for the same xxxx and stay away from here!!! Totally fricking disgusted!!! I also read a review of someone that leased a vehicle and went to buy it out at the end and the stealership also had some BULLSH!T fee to buy it out. Is it not enough that you make money on the cars themselves, you have to throw in some ridiculous fees??? LIKE I SAID BEFORE STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!! More

I initially spoke with Brenda, who seemed helpful and confident she could beat another lease deal I had which included all the fees already from a another dealership— as long as I provided proof. I double-checked with her twice to confirm that her quote included all taxes, registration, and fees, and she reassured me it did as I didn't want to waste time traveling into brooklyn traffic with my pregnant wife Based on her promises, my wife and I made the trip from New Jersey during rush hour traffic — over 2 hours and $40+ in tolls, gas, and miles — to come in on our only available day. When we arrived, we sat for 10 minutes waiting for her manager Moe, who clearly had no idea what we discussed. He asked me to explain the entire deal again, like he was hearing about it for the first time. Even worse, we were told the vehicle we wanted wasn’t even on the lot. Finally, Moe said he could "match" the deal but now excluded taxes, registration, and other fees — the very things I confirmed were included twice before coming in. Total bait and switch.
