Crooked people I will never ever do business with this place again. Received a offer to return my lease with jeep early and lease another one with this dealership. I agreed with the rep that they would pay the last two months of the car and the deposition fee. A month later I get a call from Chrysler capitol saying I owe 400 for the deposition fee and another 150 for a missing key. In which I returned both keys to the rep when I leased the new car. Naturally I contact the rep who sold me the car only to find out he no longer works at this location. I contact the dealer ship and speak to the area manager Danny Delgado. Who lacked empathy towards a customer and outright told me he doesn’t care if I return as a customer in a future. I was told that the paper work says nothing about the deposition fee and that he would have to check again about the missing key. He told me he can’t contact the rep about what was agreed upon because he was fired within the last month. This leaves me the customer stuck in a battle between the dealership and there x employee . When you spend your hard earned money at places you don’t expect to deal with this drama. I asked Mr. Delgado to speak to his boss in which he told me he doesn’t have one. Forcing me to call Corporate. Upon calling corporate I was told he has a area manager that is higher than him. Meaning he lied to me again. I now have filed a case with corporate. If you don’t want to deal with a headache and crooked people save your hard earned money and go somewhere else. More

I called Friday and Spoke to Mr Eric Williams who made an appointment for Sunday 4 Pm. I got there and Eric was ready for me all smiles. I was taken in right away and was offered coffee and danish and a quiet place to wait. any other questions I had on the car were checked out and addressed right away. I was thanked for coming in and was treated like a king. Really a great crew and boss they have there. The problem was found at this location and they found the solution and now all Chrysler vans are getting this fix. Eric Williams is a really special person who makes sure I was comfortable and taken care of ASAP he is amazing and all with a real smile. Thanks saul Kohnfeil...... More

Absolutely amazing I dealt with David (manager), then finished the deal with Rob C over the phone. They worked very hard to get the deal done. Great service all around. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND UNNECESSARY REPAIR HORRIBLE SERVICE. EVERY TIME I TAKE MY CAR IN THEY KEEP MY CAR FOR 5 DAYS AND DO NO WORK UNTIL THE END OF THE WEEK. THEY NEVER KEEP YOU UPDATED AND I HORRIBLE SERVICE. EVERY TIME I TAKE MY CAR IN THEY KEEP MY CAR FOR 5 DAYS AND DO NO WORK UNTIL THE END OF THE WEEK. THEY NEVER KEEP YOU UPDATED AND INFORMED ON YOUR VEHICLE, YOU CONSTANTLY HAVE TO CONTACT THEM FOR PROGRESS REPORT. IF YOU DON'T CALL THEM TO GET INFORMATION THEY DON'T DO ANY WORK. THEY DO A LOT OF APOLOGIZING OVER PHONE. THEY TELL ME CAR WON'T BE READY TILL MONDAY BECAUSE THERE CLOSED ON FRIDAY AND DO NO SERVICE OVER WEEKEND. MY CAR IS HELD HOSTAGE BECAUSE ACCORDING TO THEM ONE OF THE REPAIRS IS TO HAVE A RADIATOR HOSE REPLACED AND MY CAR WON'T PASS INSPECTION DUE TO ALL KINDS OF CODES COMING UP. SERVICE MAN TELLS ME THAT ALL THAT TAKES TIME BECAUSE THE RADIATOR HAS TO BE FLUSHED AND DRAINED. INITIALLY HE TOLD ME THAT THIS WAS SOMETHING THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR WHEN I TOOK THE CAR IN AND THAT IT WAS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AT WHICH POINT I DECLINED. NOW ITS PART OF THE EXCUSE WHY I CAN'T TAKE MY CAR. LAST TIME I WAS THERE WITH MY PREVIOUS VEHICLE FOR REPAIRS THEY TOLD ME THAT I NEEDED TO REPLACE MY BRAKES AND A ROTOR AND IT WOULD COST OVER $1000.00, I KNEW IT WAS A LIE BECAUSE I HAD HAD THE BRAKES AND ROTORS REPLACES 4 MONTHS EARLIER. I IMMEDIATELY TOOK IT TO MAVIS BRAKES. THEY INSPECTED THE CAR AND TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH BRAKES AND ROTORS, THE MAN AT MAVIS SAID THAT HE GETS A LOT OF COMPLAINTS FROM CUSTOMER WITH SIMILAR ISSUES. THAT BROOKLYN CHRYSLER WANTS TO DO UNNECESSARY REPAIRS TO MAKE MONEY OFF CUSTOMERS. MY NEXT STEP IS TO CONTACT THEIR CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS AND NOTIFY THEM OF MY COMPLAINT. They beat all prices I have just signed my second contract with Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge for another 3-year lease and the dealership should thank there service director,Daniel I have just signed my second contract with Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge for another 3-year lease and the dealership should thank there service director,Daniel Wallace, for my loyalty to them. He has made everything easy and simple over the last few years when it comes to maintenance/service on my vehicle. I know other dealerships have long waits for customers to bring their cars in for maintenance, but Daniel has never wasted my time or money during any of my visits to the shop. He alone is the reason I have re-signed with them and feel stress free with thoughts of future maintenance visits. More

Tykeim was our sales person and initially we wanted to give him our business because we like to support our fellow African Americans first!! Well, we were highly disappointed. My husband and I both have over 700 credit score. Once we discussed numbers, we initially thought it all made sense. Went home looked over everything and by doing basic mathematics, the numbers were all over the place. We waited to here back from Tykeim about an approval and received a call from him stating " we got the approval and how soon can we be there" we rushed to the dealership and this is where our entire experience got nasty. 1. We were told the vehicle would be ready to go. -vehicle was never brought over to the dealership. 2. I brought to Tykeim's attention that the numbers never made any sense and we'd like to revisit them. He brushed us off and never informed his sales manager. 3. We spoke to the sales Mgr Eric, and explained the same thing and even showed him calculations. He said he'd look at the numbers again. He eventually got back to us, but with an update that was far different than what Tykeim told us. 4. We were also told that we were next in line to meet with the finance man. All of a sudden were not next or even close to being next. When we asked Tykeim what was going on, all of a sudden he didn't know anything, he was clueless about everything. Continued to avoid us in the dealership. It was honestly the worst sales experience I've had in my life. I worked in dealerships for years and have seen it all. But this one in particular left a horrible taste for us because we came into this dealership, good credit, clean driving history, I have a 700+ credit score and so does my husband. There was a promo we came in to get for a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee for $369/mo, 36 mo, 10k mi with $0 dwn. Tykeim tried to lease us same car for $650 a month, 48 mo, 7,500 mi. Sales mgr had to have approved this as well, so overall I don't trust these guys. Something fishy took place and once they saw we had calculations together and knew the business, they suddenly told us were were denied and that we only had the option to lead vehicle for $691 a month. When we asked to see the breakdown of the price and how we mysteriously got the numbers that were given to us, no one was able to show us anything. When we asked why were denied, it was a bunch of assumptions, never showed me the denial reason. Wasted our time and day. But we learned our lesson and will never step foot in this dealership again. Imagine walking into your local dealership with great credit and and being treated and like this. Most importantly we obviously did not leave there with a new vehicle on a holiday weekend. They should be ashamed and embarrassed. Tighten up on your business and customer relations skills. Tykeim just lost the potential of having two loyal customers forever. More
