Tony Polley and Great Buying Experience Hello Everyone, I wanted to share my wonderful experience that I had with Tony Polley and Brookfield Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I had been looking fo Hello Everyone, I wanted to share my wonderful experience that I had with Tony Polley and Brookfield Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I had been looking for a very specific Jeep Compass that needed to have a manual transmission, black or granite paint, 4-wheel drive and the Cold Weather Package. Well, I was lucky enough to find one at Brookfield. This 2019 was "Used" with only 887 miles and had an original sticker price of $28,525. On a whim, on my way to Wisconsin from Grand Rapids, MI, I stopped in to look at the vehicle. It met all of my wants and needs. Tony discussed the Compass with me and we negotiated a price. He was kind enough to ask his manager to approve the specific price that we discussed. I am not going to list the price out of respect for Tony and Brookfield. As we were signing the paperwork, it came to light that one of the keys had been lost. This is where Tony really went above and beyond, even after getting me a great deal on the vehicle. Tony said that he would get a brand new key made for me at a dealership next to my house and he would cover the cost. And, sure enough, he did. He organized everything and made it extremely easy for me to get my spare key. I would also like to point out that he stayed late to make this deal happen and I am pretty sure I made him an hour and a half late to a dinner with his wife, her boss and the boss's wife. Sorry, Tony! So, the main point is this, Brookfield has an fantastic selection of vehicles and Tony Polley is amazing to work with. His manager was also great, too. So, if you are looking for a new or used vehicle, stop in and see him. He is honest and kind. He was amazing to work with and really went above and beyond to provide excellent service and a great price.
