Jon Ingels and the rest of the team were very pleasant to work with. I didn't have great luck with my local MOPAR dealership and decided to make the drive up to check out if these guys were any different. I work with. I was met in the parking lot with the vehicle in question already running with the AC on. I took it for a test drive, compared the numbers to what was previously discussed and everything added up. Other dealerships were being extremely shady and wouldn't even tell me the total cost of ownership. Brookfield was different. Some of the negative reviews below almost scared me off from even checking them out. I can't speak for anything besides the leasing process, but I have no complaints so far.
