Dissatisfied I was quite disappointed with my visit. I was really hoping to try and work with somebody on numbers and Lauren did not seem very interested in trying I was quite disappointed with my visit. I felt as though they only wanted to get me in there and not actually work the numbers with me. I absolutely loved the Escape I drove and wish I would have been able to take it home. I feel like more could have been given towards my trade in value and it felt undervalued. Mikaela who I was speaking to in emails was very helpful, once I got to the dealership however I felt as though I was not taken seriously as I am younger. Was very disappointed with my overall visit. Mechanic went over the vehicle and the adviser informed me that my battery was low and recommended that I have it r Came in for a routine oil change. Not happy about having to purchase another battery as a new one now would be my third one since I bought the vehicle in late 2011. But I do appreciate that I was told about the battery due to the fact that if that item was not checked, I could have been stuck somewhere with a dead battery. It was good that I was given the good and the bad on my car. More
