Progressive chose this place to have our vehicle repaired. I am in agreement with the other review regarding this place and progressive. No one is working for the customer. They are all about their repaired. I am in agreement with the other review regarding this place and progressive. No one is working for the customer. They are all about their own self interest. From the beginning it has been a xxxx show and it's not even over. They've had the car a month. The lack of empathy, poor customer service and miscommunication is disappointing to say the least. Thankfully this isn't the car we use everyday. Dealing with 3 people at Brondes, and different people at progressive. It's unorganized. The service department and collision department do not communicate well either. I really want them to give my car back so we can take it someplace else. More
DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR COLLISION REPAIR SERVICES! BOTH BRONDES AND PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE ARE INCONSIDERATE AND DECEPTIVE COMPANIES. MY CAR HAS BEEN SITTING ON THIS LOT FOR ALMOST A MONTH NOW. VERY LI BOTH BRONDES AND PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE ARE INCONSIDERATE AND DECEPTIVE COMPANIES. MY CAR HAS BEEN SITTING ON THIS LOT FOR ALMOST A MONTH NOW. VERY LITTLE COMMUNICATION FROM SARAH WHO W/ HELD INFO ABOUT MY CAR AND ANTICIPATED PARTS. IAN HAS BEEN NO HELP EITHER. MY CAR RENTAL IS DUE BACK IN 2 DAYS, YET I HAVE NO VEHICLE. CROOKS!! IT'S UNFAIR TO HOLD A CUSTOMER'S CAR FOR A MONTH AND NOT FIND AN AGREEABLE SOLUTION. NO ONE IS WORKING FOR ME. NO ONE. NOT BRONDES OR PROGRESSIVE. PLEASE HAVE MY CAR TOWED TO ANOTHER IN-NETWORK SHOP THAT CAN GET PARTS AND FIX MY CAR. COVID IS OVER. THE EXCUSES ARE PATHETIC. I CAN'T WAIT UNTIL OCT FOR A PART TO COME. I HAVE A FAMILY TO SUPPORT AND NO CAR TO GET AROUND. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LACKING GREATLY AT BOTH COMPANIES. I REGRET DOING BUSINESS WITH BOTH BRONDES AND PROGRESSIVE. I HAVE NO ADVOCATE. THEY LACK CONCERN AND THE ABILITY TO DO WHAT'S RIGHT. I AM MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY EXHAUSTED WITH THIS COMPANY. I DON'T EVER WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. TOW MY CAR ELSEWHERE!! Collison center They called on the 8th and said my car would be ready to go on the 9th. 9th came, no call. I called on the 10th and they said the car would be done on the 12th. 12th came, halfway through would be ready to go on the 9th. 9th came, no call. I called on the 10th and they said the car would be done on the 12th. 12th came, halfway through their work day I called and left a message. They called back and told me the car was done. I paid the deductible and sent my boyfriend to pick it up. They gave him the paperwork and when he couldn't find the car in the parking lot (and it was cold out) he went back in and the lady had to go check with her techs. Came back and told him it would be done Monday the 15th. Well Monday the 15th came and went and no phone call....Tuesday they called to say it was done, we were out of town so I picked it up today (19th) and it has a scuff on the steering wheel!!!! I never got a xxxx apology More
I was stranded near Maumee when my old Ford broke down on a cross state trip. I Wouldn't Take My Worst Enemy's Broken Bicycle To Brondes I took my 2016 F-150 in for scheduled maintenance. They handed me a pamphlet that listed the service items for due, and listed the price. When I picke I took my 2016 F-150 in for scheduled maintenance. They handed me a pamphlet that listed the service items for due, and listed the price. When I picked the truck up, the bill was more than double what was shown in the pamphlet. The explanation I got was that the pamphlet listed Ford's recommended items, and that they did more because of the area I live in. However, a side-by-side comparison of the pamphlet and the bill didn't show any more work than listed in the pamphlet. Fool me once . . . I then took my 2017 Mustang Convertible in for a defective satellite antenna. They charged me over $400 to replace it. I checked with several other area dealerships and found the price was tremendously inflated; it shouldn't have cost anywhere near that much. During this same visit, I asked them to take a look at the right rear window, which wouldn't close completely when the top was up. When I picked the car up, I asked about the window. The service writer said, "Oh, it needs anew motor and regulator. It'll run about $1,200." I said, "no way" ! I stopped by a local auto body shop where I know the owner, and told him about the window. He told me the motor and regulator story was xx. He applied a little dry lube to the window track in the convertible top. Problem resolved. The window now closes just fine. But Brondes was ready to charge me over $1,000 for a repair I didn't need. Fool me twice . . . . Not a chance ! More

Brondes diagnosed and repaired the proble I bought my 2011 f-250 diesel new. I have 58,000 miles and my check engine light came on for the first time! Brondes diagnosed and repaired the problem, test drove it to verify the repair, and I have driven it for several weeks with no return of the check engine light! Fixed right the first time! That means alot to me! Thank you Brondes! Plus, while there for service, I was checking out new cars. We went back a week later and bought a new Eco-Sport! Love it! More

slow and poor communication I went in for an oil change that i had scheduled at 1:30 and did not leave until 3:35. While I was sitting there I was wondering what could be taking so long so I just figured they found something else wrong. But sadly no... my time was just being wasted. After looking at the sheet they gave me it was clear that it was only and oil change and a tire rotation done to it. Also the 2 hours I was sitting there not even the people at the desk could tell me what was taking so long. No one even thought to say one word to me. There was also 5 people who came in after me who left before me with the same service requirements. Idk if they were taking advantage of my time because I'm only 17 but even if they were not thats trash. More
