The worst carlot experience I have ever had. I bought a car from them with squeaky brakes and was told by numerous employees there that since I had 2 different warranties I should get the brake issue fixed car from them with squeaky brakes and was told by numerous employees there that since I had 2 different warranties I should get the brake issue fixed at no cost. Instead I got taken in circles for a week before finally Tony called me and said they will not "waste" anymore money on my car since they had given me a $500 discount on the extended warranty I purchased (keep in mind no sale would've been made if this weren't the case since the bank wouldn't have financed it without the discount). I have never been treated so poorly by a business, anywhere, ever. I really hope somebody gives the Sales General "Manager" some training on how to be good at dealing with customers because he is the last person who should be a manager or dealing with the people who pay his paychecks. I will see to it that nobody I know buys from here. Kelly was always pleasant to deal with and on several occassions she agreed with me that this should be taken care of no problems at all, when I brought this to Tonys attention, he said she had no authority in making these decisions, so on top of him being extremely rude, he doesn't know how to make his team communicate in a way that makes any process more pleasant for customers. I hope this place realizes how many websites bad reviews are going on from me all because of two rotors and two brake pads (priced at $90!!!!!!!!) that you're HORRIBLE sales "manager" is refusing to fix, all because he's not willing to help out somebody who gave them business. The very worst business I have ever heard of. More
I recently purchased a new Nissan from Bronco Motors in Nampa, Idaho and could not have been more pleased with this professional, courteous and excellent car dealership. I spent 2 weeks working on the pho Nampa, Idaho and could not have been more pleased with this professional, courteous and excellent car dealership. I spent 2 weeks working on the phone with Bronco Motors before even stepping foot onto the lot, and over the phone every employee I worked with was pleasant and reactive to my questions. I never felt like I was being taken for a ride and everything that was said during the phone conversations was exactly what I got when I went to the dealer lot. At the lot, the salesman (Dave B.) was very willing to help and extremely patient. My wife wanted to look at a Pathfinder, and even though we had no intention of purchasing that vehicle (we were there for another model), Manny G. brought the car into the showroom and spent 20 minutes showing her the vehicle. I was never pressured to buy the car and was impressed with the facility, the service area and the esprit de corps of everyone I meet. The price was very fair with no games - the opposite of the stereotypical car dealer experience and I can understand why this dealership has been given customer service awards from Nissan year in and year out. The best new car buying experience I have ever had... More
