It is obvious that Jason Taylor has mastered the art and science of his trade. The first time that I met Jason he listened very patiently to me drone on about the "perfect used car" that I was looking for. science of his trade. When I finished, he said that he had exactly what I was interested in, and truly he did. He listens. This always gives the feeling of trustworthiness, and that he will be attentive to our needs; he is both of these. We never felt pressure. Jason gave us our space, and time, to discuss and decide next steps. There was never that feeling of trying to shoehorn us into a deal, and we never once had the "will I regret this" feeling, even though we were quite convinced that we weren't prepared to purchase (even though we did) without a night to sleep on the decision. Jason showed interest in us by introducing the perfect amount of small talk to build rapport, and by asking pertinent questions. He offered us a chaperone free test drive of the vehicle. Wow! We got sound, logical advice on the practicality of trading in our old car. We even received a follow up communication offering to schedule a time to go over the features of the car because he knew that the technology was new to us. What?! That is outstanding service!
