Service Dept. We bought an Infiniti with the promise that we would always be given an Infiniti when we brought ours over for a service... Car sold with bad title I am extremely dissatisfied! I bought an infiniti G35x a couple years ago. To start off they sold me the car with tires that were completely bald. I w I am extremely dissatisfied! I bought an infiniti G35x a couple years ago. To start off they sold me the car with tires that were completely bald. I went to les scwab and they refused to put them back on my car after checking my breaks stating I'd be a danger to other drivers. Called Infiniti and they weren't willing to do anything. Well now two years later here's where things get really good. I went to trade in my car at the Acura dealership to find out infiniti sold me a car with a salvaged title!!!! Apparently my car had been in two major wrecks and had frame damage. What a low ball, terrible business practice to sell someone a car and not inform them of something major like that! I still owe $13,000 on my car and I can only get $7000 out of it now. Thanks Infiniti for selling me this piece of crap car for top dollar...hope it was worth a customer and a bad reputation for a few thousand dollars. More
